I filed a dispute. They have a fake address and took 169. They use an address at 20 Hudson Yard NYC which is not correct as they are in China. I paid but using their tracking no record of my order or my email beware of them
BUYER BEWARE - I ordered and paid for a watch that never came 3 months ago, when you enquire you get an auto response from a person claiming to be a director, and this reply comes from a different address to Empire, it’s all a HOAX to steal you money as they stole mine.
received a non new faulty watch, sent it back, received the same watch back which was lousy repaired, sent it back again and they told me they never received it and as such cannot return my money.
So now I do not have a watch and lost my money.
After repairs for which my watch was sent to the Tissot factory, it was returned to me as fake! Never buy here, they sell fake watches!
