I purchased a T-shirt from this website and seeing the prices, was expecting a decent quality product. It says on the website the products are ‘handmade from scratch’ and emphasises that the material is long lasting and you can ‘feel the quality’. What arrived was a cheaply-made T-shirt and there is nothing handmade about it. The prints were pixelated. The website is very misleading and the reviews on it are fake. The size was also a lot smaller than I expected for a medium. I know someone else who was shocked at the poor quality of a jacket they purchased from this website. I’ve seen other reviews say their customer service is awful, so I haven’t wasted my time trying to get a refund. Don’t waste your money. You could probably get the equivalent on Temu for a fraction of the price.

Quality was awful when I brought the issue up with them they said it’s my fault and refused a refund

It s a huge rip off. Bought 2 Tshirts and one has a hole in it. After 2 months and 5 emails. They told me that it was my fault and refused to send off a another one.

The Address i gave was not sent to the shipping company in my country, which meant i had to contact their support and send my adress again. the hoodie did come but the overall site and process was sketchy. also comes from china, kinda mid ngl for how pricey it is.

I got a mail saying that the package arrived, but it said my neighbours addres, when i asked my neighbour he said it never was there. Tried contacting them but couldnt reach them.

Package never arrived. Customer Support couldn‘t bother to find a solution. DONT BUY!!

Cheap apparel produced in China and sold massively overpriced. Tried to get a refund/exchange because I unfortunately ordered the wrong size as well. EU-law states that you are entitled to a refund/exchange for 14-days after purchase, didn't get anything though - not even an exchange for a smaller size. Ridiculous. Don't buy there, total scam.

Don’t buy from this shop, no return of refund!

I ordered a t-shirt from more than a month ago, and haven’t received anything? I have been texting with customer support, but they do nothing. This is a huge scam! Don’t buy anything from here!!

Should‘ve reads some reviews before ordering. Ordered 2 t-shirts on July 1st. 12 day later the tracking link stopped updating. Texted them and got copy paste answers back. Demanded a refund after 5 weeks and they started to ignore me. Not even PayPal would refund me. Save some money and don’t order here

very poor quality, i feel ripped off.

Hello, I ordered 2 t-shirts for 70€ and I paid the shipping fee. A week later the delivery company said that the package was received at 00:33 (midnight). It's obvious that nobody came to deliver the package at that time (furthermore, I was at home and didn't listen anything).

The customer service said the package was successfully delivered and then has been ghosting me for a couple of days.
I'm still trying to contact them to find a solution, but my experience has been awful and I don't recommend the brand at all.

I ordered on 1st of July, 3 t-shirts, and i never received anything. I made a claim at revolut for the payment and today (3rd of September) im still in review with the chargeback.
I is a scam.

Bad product, garment is very poor quality. Print much smaller than what is pictured and colors have nothing to compare. Product came from china. Refuse to return, which is illegal.

Scammers didn't send me the package even though i pay for shipping and don't do refunds.

Bought 2 shirts from their website and the quality is absolutely awful. the material used is a cheap one which you can pretty much see through, they printed designs are also in low resolution and pixelated making it even worse.

Nice design but poor quality and directly from China. Dropshipping, not worth it.

I recently purchased shirts from EmperorApparel, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality and fit. Despite being advertised as heavyweight, the shirts are not, and the fit does not resemble what is shown in their pictures. The graphics on the shirts are also a letdown, appearing pixelated and clearly copied from online sources.

Given the subpar materials and misleading advertising, I now understand why they do not have a return policy. I would not recommend EmperorApparel to anyone looking for quality apparel.

Apart from the products being dropshipped from China, the customer service being nonexistent and not offering refunds or returns which are mandatory in some countries which the shop ships to, they also censor comments they don't like on their Instagram.

You can try this for yourself very easily. Go and ask them about this trustpilot in the comments. They're gonna say it's not for their site and if you post the link your comment is going to magically disappear! Truly amazing work

Ive been scammed of 40euros, the package didnt go through the border , they answered me and informed me that they dont do refunds(which is illegal for buisnesses), now im left without my package and without money, dont trust these thieves
