Sorry I purchased an Empava EMPV36GR01 gas…
I purchased an Empava EMPV36GR01 gas freestanding range/oven from a nationwide retailer. It worked flawlessly until it didn't, the bake oven igniter failed within the first year of use. Contacted Empava, they sent the correct part, stove worked great, until it didn't again. Contacted Empava again, paid for the bake oven igniter, installed part and now the bake oven fails to ignite, the broiler fails to ignite and the control panel / clock fails to function. The gas stove top burners work as they should. More emails to Empava, they respond with," You have a 1st gen stove we sent a 2nd gen stove part". Empava resends the part, no way to tell what gen part it is as it is unboxed and looks identical to the previous part. Still no oven, broiler, and control panel / clock. More emails, more phone calls no response. Empava requested a video of the problem, how does one make a video of a stove not working. I called every appliance repair shop in the area; no body works on these things. They are junk, fortunately I purchased an extended warranty. I'm filing a claim with them as it can't be repaired. Don't waste your time and money.

Custom ordered tub came exactly as ordered. The only issue was the blower motor for the air jets came unbolted from frame. Doesnt seem to be any damage but might want to consider either nylon lock nuts or some tread locker. Minor issue when considering my wife’s complete happiness.
Does not stand by their product
Oven died in a year of use. Customer support = troubleshooting over the phone to assess the issue and then sending a part for us to use to fix it. Incorrect assessment and after us "fixing" the problem ourselves, we lost the center burner on the range. Another call and told to contact a repair company. Empava has no suggestions on a company to call so we burned up an hour or more researching until we found someone that works on these ranges. Guy comes, within minutes tells us what parts are needed. We pay him $229 and are told we will need to get reimbursed from Empava for his cost. Empava contacted and told what parts to send. We receive the parts a week or so later and contact repair company to set up appointment. Repair guy shows up a week later, opens the package of the parts and identifies that 2 are broken. We email Empava that we have gone over 3 months without a range and demand they replace it, compensate us for the repair costs, pay for installation of the new range and pay for disposal of the old range. They agreed to send the new range and refused to compensate us for the costs incurred due to a defective appliance they manufactured. They are now saying we need to seek compensation from Amazon since Amazon sold it to us.
Shouldn't Have to Purchase Rack Separately
I don't like that you have to purchase another rack separately for the oven. The baking sheet style rack included in the wall ovens will be useless to most people, so I think the baking sheet rack should be available for optional purchase and the oven should come with 2 standard racks. I also was frustrated to find out that I could buy the rack from a third party (Home Depot) for about $6-7 cheaper than direct from Empava. Shipping was also on the slower side.
