Emma really worked
After using the product(Emma)took it for 4months)I was very pleased with the regularity I experienced. Every morning and sometimes twice in the same day…after starting on this product, I started seeing positive results after the first 2 Days of taking it. I was not going every day and sometimes for 3 or 4 days no movement…I was very surprised that after starting on it that it would work that quickly….the only drawback was the price…having to add the exchange because I live in Canada, it was very pricey.but it did work for me, so I am happy about that

I started with a 5 month case of diarrhea and gut discomfort.
Within 2 weeks things started to improve slowly, and within 2 months my gut problems became close to normal , and continues to this day. I believe I started in January

EMMA relief - first to let me have solid stools.
EMMA relief is the first to let me have "normal" solid bowel movements, after many years of horrid liquid stools. I take 2 tablets right after supper, or a snack. (For me, I take 2 magnesium citrate tablets after that.)

I love a product that actually…
I love a product that actually delivers. I ordered it for constipation and diarrhea. Then I got relief in many areas. The random pains in my arms and legs are gone. Diarrhea and constipation gone. Never pooped so regular before. Sleeping better.

Making a huge difference…

Works great for me!…
I can't speak for anyone else but Emma has done wonders for me. I am 72, I'm very active. I hike and do yoga almost every day. But in November I realized I hsd a gut and had gained about 20 pounds. I craved junk food even though we eat pretty clean. I started Emma and got regular again. The cravings stopped and I've gone from 120 to 100. I'm about 5'5" I have more energy as well. I hope I never have to go without it!!

Life-Changing Relief after a Lifetime of Digestive Struggles!
I have been taking Emma twice a day for over a year now, and it has truly done almost everything it promises. For my entire life, I have struggled with severe digestive issues, including a spastic colon, diverticulitis, gas, and pain. My days used to be disrupted by frequent, sudden diarrhea.
Since starting Emma, the transformation has been wonderful. I am now regular every single morning, going just one or two times a day with absolutely no pain. Things are running exactly the way they should be. The only minor disappointment is that it isn’t quite a "one-wipe and done" situation—I still find myself using a bit of toilet paper to clean up—but all in all, things are 80% better. As a 77-year-old grandmother who has tried everything, I can say this is well worth it. I will never stop using Emma because nothing else works this well for me!

Emma helps you stay regular
Emma does help me stay regular. I found I only need 1 a day. I take it before I have coffee. I had to cancel my auto subscription since I only take 1, dose is 2 capsules. I will reorder when I start running low again. There's no such thing as a magic pill for weight loss, so I don't recommend it if that is what you are looking for. I have not lost weight taking it. I've been taking it for more than 2 years.
