Disappointing Experience with Emma Mattress!

I purchased a mattress from Emma Mattress Poland, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite being within the 100-day trial period, I encountered significant issues with the mattress, which turned out to be defective (it was way too small).
I reached out to their customer service multiple times for an exchange, but my attempts have gone unanswered.

I also contacted the UK and Germany branches, as I have been receiving automatic emails from the UK, but they only directed me back to the Polish branch, which remains closed.

This lack of communication and support has been incredibly frustrating. I expected better service, especially considering the reputation of Emma Mattress. I hope they improve their customer service and responsiveness in the future.

Imo, great pillows and mattress.
I decided to upgrade my bedroom and the choice fell on Emma, and now I gotta say that I don’t regret it. Been using them for a few months now and I've finally stopped waking up in the middle of the night. The quality of the materials is excellent, really comfy, and I think they are definitely worth the money.

Emma offers great quality products, I especially recommend the pillow Emma Original. Its multiple layers ensure maximum comfort while sleeping.

I bought a 200*160 mattress 1st October 2023. I want to return it, but until now Emma says they have a technical issue and cannot pick it up. The huge box is taking space in my house and I still waiting my refund. I am super upset.

While I think the Emma matrass sleeps very nicely, my girlfriend is concerned that it was the start of having bedbugs in the house. It is difficult to confirm this to be true (I don't believe it), but for my girlfriend it was the truth. And this was very unfortunate.

I ordered an Emma mattress on the Polish Emma website on February 18th with a promised delivery date of 1-10 working days.

Guess what. As of March 10th, I have not received the mattress and have not heard back from Emma's support until now.

I've reached out to them 5 times, starting March 2nd. They finally sent the response today (March 10th) stating that they will deliver the mattress from April 11th to April 18th.

February 18th to April 18th - that's two months! I am moving to a new flat, people can move to another country and come back in two months' time. There's no way anyone can and should wait for that long if a person needs a bed to sleep on NOW.

So it's a horrible experience before even getting the mattress, imagine what happens if it has a defect or you do not like it...

EDIT: I received the mattress after 1 month. Mattress is really comfortable. Bumping rating from 1 to 4 stars.
