Smooth return process

We bought a mattress from Emma based on advice for side-sleepers, but it was too soft for my partner's scoliosis. The return process was very smooth. We bought through mercadolibre and used their system to trigger the return. Emma responded within an hour. We sent a photo of the mattress' tag and filled out a simple form and another hour later everything was in process. We got our money back in days and an NGO picked up the mattress within a couple of weeks.
