Best way to travel is with emirates
I used to travel with other airlines but once i have tried emirates, i am never using any other airline emirates really is the best

Just returned from another Emirates holiday and the service from start to finish is just top class. Excellent comms throughout, ease of booking and competitive pricing. Highly recommended.

We have flown with Emirates plenty of times now from Manchester to Dubai and each time it has been top class! For me personally the flight is as much a part of the holiday as the hotel and the destination and this is even more so with Emirates and we look forward to the flight immensely, look at the in-flight menu weeks ahead of time and we are never disappointed with the attentive service (especially with kids) and the overall product we receive from Emirates. We don’t just use Emirates for flights we actually use Emirates holidays for the whole package and have done this numerous times now and it always adds a little magic that we don’t get with other tour operators in the UK. Our latest holiday to Dubai we actually had to change as well ahead of travelling as we had a change to plans and we dealt with Emirates holidays in making the changes and this was simple, relaxed, and expertly handled so I can assure anybody the service you receive is not just contained to inside Terminal 3 at DXB or on the flight itself, but the whole package is absolutely brilliant and I will be looking to continue to use Emirates wherever possible for many years to come for our family holidays!

Fabulous holiday to Dubai with Emirates

The A380 is spacious with wide seats, entertainment on tap, lovely food and wide choice of drinks

Felt very glamorous walking up the stairs to the top deck … even though we were economy!

Transfers were easy and the hotel was in a great location in the marina and on the beach

All the staff we came into contact with contact with throughout our holiday went out of their way to make it special

Emirates is the best airline I have had the pleasure of travelling with as a frequent flyer. There customer service is outstanding and above the rest. Staff are very efficient and quality standards were delivered all the time. There meals are excellent and the added touch of stainless steel cutlery was amazing. There was a lot of leg room when travelling in economy, thousands of flight entertainment, plus the added touch of instant photos for the children along with flight souvenirs such as a little travel bag with some art stuff was an added bonus. The toilet was spacious and always clean, an automatic air freshener made the difference and it smelt good. The meals were always to die for, my daughter don't usually eat on flights and she really enjoyed her meals on her flight to Dubai and so did I. When the seat is reclined, there is so much room you can rest comfortably without affecting the person behind due to the amount of room. Emirates is the way forward and if you haven't try them yet, you are missing out. Communication was ongoing even after the holiday to obtain feedback about my experience. Thank you Emirates for an amazing holiday to Dubai.

Excellent, smart and helpful ground staff.
Booked Emirates holidays to Dubai several times. ICE in-flight entertainment is excellent. The only thing that lets Emirates down are the inflight meals, but this is a minor and doesn't stop me continuing to book with them. Skywards points are a bonus too.

They simply don't answer the phone ! nothing to add its pathetic customer service I've been trying all weekend Friday and today - never again

Four ladies celebrating our retirement booked an emirates holiday to Dubai , thoroughly enjoyed every moment, of our package deal which was reasonably priced .

We flew on 11/02/26 from LGW TO DXB to stay at the Anantara The Palm.

Booking online was straightforward with easy to access info re LGW and LHR flights which meant we were able to book flights that suited us. Also easy to view different hotels. We chose the Anantara for the Lagoon Access rooms.

Also booked DXB transfers which were excellent.

Communication was excellent. I changed our return booking to Premium Economy and was easily able to do this.

We have travelled previously with Emirates Holidays and that is why we booked yet again, we felt all looked after.

The Emirate's holiday portal incorrectly showed flights that were booked. I booked premium economy however they came out differently or looked different on the portal to what was booked- that s ok, its one of those things which ended up booking more than one holiday. Trying to get things rectified is really hard, its a 30 minute wait to get through to customer services and more then a week later its still not sorted! This is an expensive holiday for a family of four and it shouldn't be this
difficult. I sort of had higher expectations with Emirates.

emirates holiday are very professional and very good company, they really care about you and i will always book with them. Although i travel business class the experience is just perfect.

First time booking direct , was a bit unsure as always gone through a travel agent , but got a better deal booking direct but very happy with the service I got from the first enquiry to the booking on the phone with the lady who went through every thing with me and the information updates by E mail plus at are holiday destination we were met and shown to are transport all in all 5 star service and will use again

Having booked a holiday including flights with Emirates, I wanted to upgrade the outbound flight from Premium Economy to Business Class. I already have over 50% of the Skywards miles, their 'loyalty programme', required to upgrade and am happy to buy the remainder needed. Emirates say that I am eligible to upgrade, but they will only allow it when they are ready and on their terms.
To upgrade, they are saying I should: 1. Buy the additional Skywards miles now, even though they might not allow me to upgrade. So, that's extra money for them, but no guarantee of an upgrade for me.
2. Telephone or check in online with Emirates every day, for the next 110 days ie. between now and when I fly. At some point they might allow me to upgrade, depending on how they feel at the time, but there is no guarantee.
Whilst this may sound reasonable to Emirates, from a customer perspective this is an extremely poor experience.
Furthermore, I have already had to telephone them 9 times and email twice to get clarity that they don't really want customers to use their Skywards miles.
I find this bizarre when Emirates describe Skywards on their website as a 'loyalty programme'.
Clearly customer satisfaction is not something Emirates is bothered about. Even for those customers that want to pay them more money and could be future Emirates frequent flyers.

Seats on plane very comfortable and food very good .Entertainment to pass the time away was good
Met at Dubai airport by Emirates staff and shown to transfer area . Driver waiting and headed to Sheraton Hotel JBR without delay .
Sheraton very nice hotel with excellent private beach with reasonable space between sun loungers. Breakfast was varied
We have been to Hilton Hotel again very nice but loungers on beach are uncomfortably close together . However Hilton offer free half board for early birds so it is difficult choice.
Staff at the Sheraton were excellent and very attentive without being overboard. Rahul the pool attendant always cheerful and was a character .
Transfers on return on time and flight as good as incoming .
I have used Emirates Holidays a number of times and we have only had positive experiences

From my first phone enquiry to the end of my holiday, emirates were fabulous. The lady on the phone found us a great deal and she was spot on. We will definitely be booking with emirates again soon

One stop booking for all my travel requirements in Dubai. Staff met us off the plane & also through our journey through the airport. Transfer to the hotel was seamless. All staff were very friendly & helpful.

We travelled from Heathrow to Dubai and Emirates Airline flight was good, third time we’ve used them and it was comfortable with good service but the food isn’t as nice as a couple of years ago.
Our transfers went like clockwork in a lovely saloon car.
We stayed at Raffles on the Palm which was sensational, and they very kindly upgraded our room which nice, and the service was exceptional.
The main restaurant was very good and food delicious but getting a coffee took time! There are other restaurants within the hotel, Italian & Japanese which were lovely but felt the hotel really needs a further dining option such as a steak house.
The location is second to none and nobody could be disappointed with the service.
Sadly since returning home we are experiencing a fairly serious issue with double charging on our card and the hotel has been slow to help us, and we’ve made many calls and emails this week, hopefully they will resolve matters soon but their initial reluctance to deal with it has somewhat taken the shine off our experience - I’d like to think it was an unfortunate oversight 🤔

Emirates Try very hard to make travel as easy as can be My wife and I have been using Emirates Holidays for the last seven years and havenever had a single problem we are greated an arrival at Dubai and escorted through to either passport control or connections depending on where we are going staff at Londan Heathrow and Dubai are very polite and pleasent Aircraft is always clean anf seating together has never been an issue overall very satisfied with the service provided.

At the time of quoting and booking my holiday Emirates Holidays did not advise me of the construction work going on in our hotel. First they said they did, then I sent proof of my paperwork which showed they didn’t. Now they are saying they didn’t know. They are doing everything except accepting responsibility. Dealing with customer service has been so frustrating, I have received emails from 3 different people. I go home in 2 days, I have spent my whole holiday emailing customer service. Very poor Emirates Holidays, we have used you many times before but never again
