I ordered a coat and bag on 5 December for my daughter for Christmas and a month later-nothing received. I have paid in full and received an email receipt but no shipping email. I have emailed the company numerous times. It’s a scam. Please don’t waste your money.
If I could give –5 stars, I would. I genuinely believe this company is a scam. I should have done my due diligence before ordering, but I was drawn in by one of their coats.
The company’s website has only been live since October 2025. Although it claims to feature reviews, there is no link to view them. After further research, I suspect they are connected to emiliparis.com, which has terrible reviews.
I placed an order for a coat on 21 November, and it still hasn’t been shipped. According to their “tracking,” the status remains simply “ordered.”
Their website states:
“Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. The average delivery time is 4–10 business days, depending on your location and shipping volume. Please note that delivery times may vary due to high demand or courier delays.”
Yet here I am, still waiting 4 weeks later, with no updates and zero responses to my emails.
Do NOT buy from this company, I cannot stress this enough.
