Everything proceeded smoothly…

Everything proceeded smoothly throughout the process. Communication with Mr. Moragon was prompt, clear, and highly professional.

Forget this company

The company has a very bad after sale service.
Not customer oriented, ask CHF 250.— per hour to investigate a problem, do not solve it but send you a bill mentioning that they need more money to investigate but not sure in they can solve the problem. Scandalous!!!!

Emil Frey Crissier - Incompetence, unprofessional & unreliable!

I have already had several issues with the Emil Frey in Crissier when I had my Subaru Legacy and was taking it there. During my last visit in 2023 I caught them both not completing the work they had charged me for but also purposely manipulating my ABS sensor to make me come back for more repairs to charge me more. Now, I have a BMW 3 series that had a problem with the electric window and the sunroof. Firstly, booking an appointment through their website was useless. You don't get any confirmation and no one is even bothering to look the bookings. When I showed up on the day I had booked online, they told me there was nothing in their system and that I should have waited for a confirmation but this is not mentioned on their booking site. I had already taken the morning off from work so I lost a half day of vacation. I had to make another appointment. When I described the issues I had, the young lady in the service department told me my work would be covered by warranty but when I showed up for the actual repair date, it was another guy and he contradicted her and said it's not. Really unreliable poor service and unprofessional. Then they charged me an exuberant amount to reset my electric window controller but told me it can happen again!!! They also didn't fix the sun roof and told me they need to order a part and that's the last I heard from them and no follow up. I'm never taking any car to Emil Frey Crissier again and will probably avoid the Emil Frey chain all together.
