Handling of the bill was doubtful
The handling of the bill was misleading, while ordering they gave the impression that I had saved the transportation costs. In the end they claimed nearly 100€ on top.

Items are cheap but please be aware…
Items are cheap but please be aware that delivery times displayed are not the real. Delivery times up to 10 times longer as displayed. One of the items came damaged and they were not willing to send a replacement. Poor service.

the package arrived late, I had to return it but I didn't have the address to return it because the return label was missing, I called them on the phone and told me to write an email but they didn't answer and the return time is running out, bad store

Order incomplete - no help / solution
Ordered 2 Dornbracht faucets. When installing them 6 months later the plumber discovered parts were missing. Had good contact with Dornbracht that it was impossible that the parts were missing when leaving their factory since they are weighed. After clearing this out with Emero they do not rectify their incomplete delivery. This is my worst experience online shopping I ever had. Their mistakes costs me € 800....

Very good prices and service!
The prices are the lowest I good find. Delivery was within a only few days. A douche tub seemed to be damaged. Within a few days the old one was picked up (for free) and a few days later a new was deliverd (for free). No questions asked.
This is the perfect service! A very good shop!! Highly recommendable.
