We are a company that uses them for a very long time now! All of our queries and issues are always resolved within the same day and customer service is very swift. We have never had problem with pay-outs or anything of that sort so in my opinion perfection! Highly recommend!

I’ve been using this card processing company for over a year, and I’m beyond frustrated. They’ve been taking money out of my settlements all year to cover chargebacks, which I’ve already paid. Now, all of a sudden, they’ve put my account in the negative and claim I owe money, even though I’ve paid every chargeback already!
What’s worse, when I called to ask for my yearly sales report, they made me wait 24 hours for a response. Seriously—waiting that long just to get basic info like my yearly revenue? It’s unacceptable. I’ve never dealt with a company so disorganized and misleading. They charge you at the end of the year for things that HAVE already be settled.
Stay far, far away from this company. It’s not worth the hassle.

I firstly did not receive any follow on…
I firstly did not receive any follow on from the company as to when , how or if they actually received my order form until I looked futher into putting into a complaint procedure and after following the tracking page Im looking at receiving my sons christmas present well after this as its still in America as of this date 21/12/2025 I would not have ordered if I had known this , I would ask that you please put clearly even a rough idea of delivery date in future , I will not be ordering from other companies in this group againn, thank you .

Pathetic Service. They will not pay even when the customer has paid. We even complained to RBI but still pending payments are stuck with eMerchant Pay.
