The tool is not working due to server issues.
Their customer support is completely unresponsive.

I bought 1 million validation credits via appsumo. The validation is inaccurate and as of a month ago the system used up my credits without producing any results. I tried to contact support. No response. Now I see them marketing a new service so they don't have to honor the deals they made through appsumo that's just shady AF.

I purchased a 2 million credit plan through AppSumo and my experience since then has been terrible.

I can filter the same list and receive different results. Even then, I get 10-15% bounce rate causing my newsletter campaigns to be automatically disabled.

Most recently, the lists aren't even able to be downloaded. It just gives an error that the folder on the server can't be found.

As of 3 days ago, they completely removed their support information from the website and the chat at the bottom right of the app is gone. I tried emailing brian@ (I used to get their newsletters from this email), support@ and help@ and all 3 email addresses bounced back.

It looks like they've cut their losses and run. DO NOT BUY!

Bought 10K credits and never received them. I can't contact them. Scam! I would like to get my money back or get my credits.

I purchased the top plan on AppSumo and the site doesn't even work for me. Support are avoiding my emails, and AppSumo refuse to give me a refund. Shame on you.

I purchased from them a lifetime plan and started using it, First of all, it has errors and a 100% valid list getting a 20% bounce rate.

After 2 weeks their website id down and then my credits decreased from 1 million to 828 emails only, I was shocked and tried to reach their support and ask for credits or a refund they never responded.

Now the surprising news is that! They bought fake reviews from their review sellers. Look at all the people who leave reviews on TrustPiolet, Only have 1 review in all of their Trustpilot history that they gave to this fake shity company.

NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM THEM

Useless, download lists are incomplete, you get the same list for bad and good mails ...

CREDITS GONE, NO SUPPORT
I have given this company2 months+ to correct this issue they have not. the issue: We purchased 1 million credits 2 times a week they dispear and reset to 1000-2000 leaving us with the inability to verify for those days that the credits are gone. Then they correct it out them back and then the next day or two they are gone again. This has been happening for 2 months now

After testing multiple similar platforms, this platform is - by far - the most inaccurate. Even if you process the same leads multiple times, you'll get completely different outcomes.

And yes, I've contacted them about it, but even after sending 5+ messages, I haven't had a proper response for 3-4 weeks. It doesn't seem like the right business.

Within 3 seconds of verifying my email addy all sorts of emails came in to my two seperate addys. Single use codes. I then looked at my account activity and found at least 20 unsuccessful sign in attempted. Immediately blocked, cleared everything and changed all passwords. This is a hacker

Worthless tool, files are empty or I can't upload, waste of time and money

This tool is a joke. It got bugs every time I use it. Never once have I tried logging into this tool without issues.

It blows my mind because this is not a complex tool at all.

Although for the most part, the service works, there have been several occasions that the tool has not worked, and I've still been charged the credits, and have had to ask for the credits to be refunded (which they were) when in reality, they should be refunded as a matter of process if the service didn't work.

I feel like the service may well be dead at this point, as their website still has a copyright date of 2021, and more importantly, links for Privacy Policy, Terms of use and GDPR don't work! This in itself is alarming, I did raise this with the only person that ever appears to manage the live chat, and was assured this would be fixed ASAP, however, that was a week ago and the links still don't work.

AVOID!!! Tool not working. Customer service keep saying issues will be fixed in 24-48 hours. Wasted credits due to their ussies have not been refunded.
