They sent the wrong item and never replied to emails or picked up the phone (no answer machine), I tried for over a week to ring them and even emailed one of their other business emails as well as the main account and got nothing.
The delivery was really fast and the item that they did send was good quality but I really needed a mains plug driver and they sent me a battery pack. Wouldn't use again.
The item was delivered lightning-fast but I'd I accidentally ordered the wrong part. Customer service was superb- I wouldn't hesitate in using this company again- well only to double-check my requirements!
Purchased over £200 of EL chaser wire and the correct drivers from elwirecraft.co.uk. Less than a year later 3 out of 4 of the drivers have failed dangerously by overheating and almost catching fire. These were installed in a classic car that would have been irreplaceable had they have actually combusted! Tried to contact EL Wire Craft but so far they have ignored my messages
Just before Christmas I ordered an item from Elwirecraft for my New Year's Eve fancy dress outfit. Unbeknown to myself I omitted to order a vital part.
The parcel arrived and inside it was a note from Elwirecraft saying that they had enclosed - free of charge - the vital item I had not ordered, as they knew I would not get chance to order one in time.
WOW, can you imagine my delight and shock, as this kind of service never seems to happen.
So a big thank you for your kindness and amazing service. The product was fab too!
