Purchased 2 cardigans. One fitted. One too large. Requested refund for large cardigan. Offered 15% refund. Requested full refund again. No response. Emailed them again. Response an offer of 30%. Requested full refund again. Told to post it to China and refund would be made when Customer services received notification it had been received. Postage needed to be tracked. Checked the cost of postage at Post Office. Told they don’t do tracking to China. Postage without tracking not guaranteed and over half the cost of cardigan. Checked address given by Customer services and different to one on website. Checked website address on Google. History of tracked packages being stuck at Customs and the original Dutch carrier not being able to help. No surprises there. Checked address from Customer services on Google. Business selling home appliances.
The cardigan that fitted worn a few times and already bobbled. Requested a full refund as not fit for purpose. No response. Didn’t really expect one but always good to give the opportunity for positive action.
Conclusion: Company selling cheap low quality imports at expensive prices. Smoke and mirrors website. Refund policy not robust or trust worthy. Don’t generally do reviews but this Company’s unethical behaviour bad enough to raise awareness of it.

Feels comfortable and looks the same as online. A solid choice if you're looking for something simple and wearable.
