Not great
Well ordered the item and read there is warranty for life and instructions. But when I asked the seller,they directed me to some emails which dont exist and cant find contact as the seller is apparently a third party and not the owner of it. So I dont have warranty or instructions to it.

Exceptional service.

Ordered my package, it came well within the time frame. Unfortunately the charger was faulty I contacted Elsons Tools they were understanding and apologised for the issue and I received a new charger the next day.
