Never pay them full amount in advance

It's been over a year and I have been asking them to refund my customer the amount of £650 for loading less than we paid them for but it seems that my emails, texts and calls fall on deaf ear. It wasn't enough that the rags they provided were of inferior quality but they demand full payment in advance and then load less and keep the rest of the money, what a shame but customers need to be aware of such thing in order not to fall into the same trap.
