AVOID This property and their property…

AVOID This property and their property management company. I had an incident at their 150 Cityscape property on 56th.street in NYC on 6-1-25. The bell man lost control of his luggage cart causing it to enter the 56th street roadway and denting our brand new vehicle. The staff at the 150 Cityscape property are poorly trained. Fancy fancy property great location - horrible staffing both inside and outside the property and a resident manager who seemed ghostlike. The bellman went into immediate denial about his negligence stating he only hit the tire on our vehicle. The dent is right above tire near a trim line on the passenger front quarter panel of our brand new Honda. The inside desk attendant was extremely rude stating to me "what do you want me to do about it"? Can you believe that he went on to provide me with a fake name and out of order phone #. The resident manager of this property was ghostlike and never responded to me so I finally discovered and then I reached out to the property manager Douglas Elliman. Even though the entire incident is on their security camera the Douglas Elliman representatives refused to supply the name of their insurance company to me and made me a ridiculous low ball offer that wouldn't cover my estimate and rental car for my brand new car to be properly repaired. I suggested they contact the body shop in MD to discuss my estimate if they had any questions. If they treat out of town visitors to NYC this badly on all levels of their operation how could they ever be trusted to do the "right thing" for a tenant???
AVOID this property and this property management company. There has to be properties that train their staff properly and more responsible property management choices in NYC. AVOID this property and their property management company...

Do ant care of residents in their buildings

Not interested in listening to residents, if they answer your complaint they are often condescending, selective in what they address, and doesn’t follow up on what they say.
No transparency or proactive information.
No leadership or management of the staff in their buildings.

Scam!

Scam!! Do not trust them! They just want your money and will sell you a dream as if they're trying to find you an apartment or home. The company is fraud. They just come off professional to collect small fee's from thousands of people and then play innocent and blame the landlords.. Especially Nicholas Reiner, from the NYC location.. They're all scams from this co.

There should be an option for "zero…

There should be an option for "zero minus" stars based on a recent experience with an Elliman realtor who was also a purchasing principal. In total disregard of realty board ethical standards, and fiduciary obligations, this individual violated her contractual obligations by refusing to close on the property she had previously contracted to purchase. Buyers and sellers, beware! Curious to see if Elliman cares enough to reply...not holding my breath!

Douglas Elliman should be ashamed to…

Douglas Elliman should be ashamed to have these two individuals betraying their name. JOHN KEENAN AND TAMIR SHEMESH are 2 scam artist trying to take take advantage of any customer heading there way. After seeing the unit and sending in the application I was told the "owner" decided to raise the price. We agreed on the price via email and text. Numerous emails have gone unanswered hoping that I will disappear. I can assure you I'm not going anywhere and will hire a team if needed to publicize your evil actions. An inquiry was placed on my flawless credit report which would be OK if I the deal went as planned. It's a good thing I'm in the media/reputation management business, I will make every united states citizen aware of Douglas Elliman practices.
