Never got my order at all! Was so excited about the order but I never received anything!! They took my money though!

I would give ZERO stars if I could. These are scam artists. Cheap lamp. I ordered a cat in NOV '23 and after a month got a wolf instead. This was in Dec 2023. We are now in March '24 and after NUMEROUS emails to them I have yet to get some satisfaction from them. Nothing like taking people's money for a fake item that looks nothing like it was described. It's not like all of us have hard earned money just to throw away to these thieving scam artists. I have been more than patient. I should have known it was too good to be true but I have always wanted a stained glass cat...couldn't even get the fake one. Now I am being ignored after emailing proof of the error with pictures that they requested and accepting a replacement cat that THEY proposed. Time to take further action.

Chinese scam artists! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR FROM ANY OTHER COMPANY OFFERING THE LAMPS pictured on Elliba or Facebook. I have since seen these same lamps under a different company name on Amazon! I ordered 2 of the animal lamps (owl and dolphin) because it was advertised on Facebook. SHAME ON YOU, Facebook, for advertising this fake Chinese crap. It's bad enough almost everything in America is already made in China....we don't need scam sites offering more crap made there. I have never been so disappointed as I was when I finally (after a month and a half of waiting) received these "lamps." The return address was California, but there were Chinese stamps all over it...duh. They are cheap, poorly painted plastic. They are watch-battery powered, NOT plug-in. Some of the pictures show a cord coming out of the lamp. Not to mention the size...they are 5 and 6 inches tall, no where near the sizes pictured. To top it all off, after reading all these reviews, I realize I may be "luckier" than most in that I received mine in one piece and not broken AND I actually got the animals I ordered. Some of the pictures I've seen from the Amazon reviews are down-right terrible. I wish we could get a class-action lawsuit against these "people," but sadly this happens all the time on the Internet. Just learn your lesson like I did (or be smarter than me and read reviews first so you don't have to learn the hard way) and never again order from a company you know nothing about or something that seems too good to be true.

I am giving these thieves ZERO stars! The products I received are nothing but the cheapest plastic junk, not attractive stained glass or quality resin they were depicted to be! I have tried 3 times to contact them, but of course they don't respond.

I would give them 0 stars if that was an option! Total sham. False advertising. Paid over $82 for 2 lamps to get a piece of junk not worth $0.82! They do not send you a confirmation email with an order # - which is required to request a return/refund. Gmail addresses associated with the purchase on Paypal, the Paypal account, and the return email. Very, very sketchy! I've filed a dispute/claim with Paypal to get my $ back! I wish I could upload the pictures of what I ordered and what I actually got so you can see what a scam it is!

HUGE SCAM!!!! The sens you small cheap dollar store toys instead of the lamps you order. You can't reach them to male a complain. It's a fake company!!!

Received their "stained glass" item. It is a joke. Have ongoing dispute with them to return it to the address on the mailing label. Now they want me to ship it back to China. But it was shipped from California.

Have added their latest email scam to the ongoing dispute I have with my bank.

Item I ordered (Elephant lamp) is pictured with vivid colors and beautifully lighted from from within. What I received was a washed out item which is dimly lighted. The detail on the model was clear and crisp. Mine: jagged an course. I did not expect a Tiffany quality lamp, but I also did not expect an item that appears to have been made by a fourth grader in a summer camp craft class.

The site says the maximum height is 22.5. That is probably centimeters, but it doesn’t say that. The dolphin is 15 cm high. The unicorn is 14 cm high. You get little plastic things. The ad says you can read by them. No way can you read by them. They do not produce much light. Some pictures show electric cords, leading you to believe they are lamps. These are not lamps. They are watch battery powered Knick knacks. These are items you can buy for five to $10 at Dollar General if they carried them.

Facebook allows companies like this to rip off it's customers. Classic business model. Hoping my refund comes through. 🤞

This company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The items advertised are not what is delivered. Definite bait and switch. Horrible behavior. These items are cheap, smaller, and poorly made compared to the images used for marketing. As stated in a previous review, these are what you would get from a dollar store. And, now the website is "closed". I will try to get a refund, but I don't think it will happen. I should have listened to my bank when they called when I ordered; they probably already knew it was a scam.

Ordered 2 of the "stained glass" accent lamps. Needless to say I was disappointed when I received 2 "dollar store quality" plastic lamps. They were not "handmade vintage stained table lamp features stained pieces arranged in a decorative 3D Lampshade. The pieces are soldered together with copper foil." Out $80 bucks for $10 worth of plastic crap.
I would give them 0 stars if that were an option.

Lost $192.00 on this stupid site. I hate dishonest people and you will get yours!

Ordered two lamps 27 days ago. No order confirmation, no tracking, no reply to my inquiries. They placed a tracking number associated with the PayPal payment that is not legitimate.
Entered a dispute claim with PayPal for a full refund. I do not care to receive anything from this fraud other than a full refund. Let's see how this goes.

I also fell for the lamp scam. I have a paypal dispute open. I ordered two lamps, received no confirmation email. Opened a dispute to hear from the company and then i received two plastic counterfeit lamps, one is broken. I have a counterfeit dispute open and its working its way through paypal. The seller keeps responding with ridiculous offers like 10% refund, 20% refund, demanding many many product photos. I think they are trying to string the process out long enough to hit their 60 days refund limit. If paypal cant reconcile I will dispute with my bank. This was pretty upsetting because I found this ad on facebook. I thought I could trust it but I was wrong.

UPDATE: I won my PayPal dispute against this company. Beware, once this company found out I had a dispute opened they pressured me to close the dispute saying they would refund me if I did so. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. You will close your case and not be able to reopen. Good luck out there.

We need to sue FACEBOOK for negligence and perhaps conspiracy to fraud the public through them allowing companies to advertise and make sales.
FACEBOOK OWES A DUTY TO PERFORM AND MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR WILLFUL NEGLIGENCE!!

Do not buy from this website, what I received compared to what I thought I bought is absolute dog manure. Quite sad really

Almost a month ago I ordered 3 stained glass animal lamps from this company. Never received a follow up. Just investigated this place and it's from China. All those who submitted negative reviews either never got their items or they were inferior items. I called my credit card and they will take care of the issue.

WARNING: Before ordering anything online make sure that it is a legit site.

Shame on these scammers!!
