Felt More Like Candidate Collection Than Real Hiring
I applied for a role through Elite Talent Solutions in 2026. After submitting my application, I was told the position had already been filled, which made the process feel misleading and like my time wasn’t valued. If the role was no longer available, it wasn’t clear why applications were still being accepted.
During the conversation, the focus shifted away from the job itself and onto repeated questions about why I resigned from my previous role. The same question was asked multiple times, even though I had already explained my reasons. This made the interaction feel uncomfortable and unproductive.
I also got the impression that there may not have been any immediate roles available, and that the process was more about collecting candidates rather than matching people to actual opportunities.
Despite being told my resume was “choppy,” I secured a better job within a week through another recruiter, which reinforced my concerns about the quality of the recruitment process.
Based on my experience, I would encourage job seekers to ask direct questions and ensure the role is genuine before investing time into the process.
