I appreciated the quality of the unique November retakes tuition programme offered by Elite IB. My son was looking for support to retake Biology and Chemistry in the November 2022 exam session after disappointing results at school. Elite IB was the only company I could find offering this service.

As promised to us, the tutors were highly-experienced, excellent IB-certified teachers. The course was structured specifically to cover most of the curriculum over 8 weeks of intense teaching and extra study. The small tutor groups, together with the high standard of teaching, allowed my son to gain a very different perspective within the two difficult subjects he was retaking. The intensity of the courses made him realize what it means to ‘really study’, and the regular contact with his tutors kept him completely engaged throughout the two months leading up to his exams.

I couldn’t be happier with our choice. The outcome has been an improvement of 1 grade for each subject and, equally importantly, a much deeper understanding of the subjects.

Tim has been a tremendous help to us. His advice was critical to our son being accepted into Oxford. We couldn't have done it without him.

We have been working with Elite IB through for about 5 years now, in addition to the help that our children's IB college offered, and what a valuable and incredible resource they have been. My daughter discovered Elite IB when she was doing IB revision and prep and went through one of their revision courses, which was very helpful. She decided to take a gap year and apply again to unis and we relied on their insight, experience, and guidance heavily about schools, and how to present the strongest admissions package—the results were fabulous—Oxbridge interview, acceptance to UCL and Kings. She is happily graduating from UCL with a first. Our son just took the IB and again we've relied on Elite IB heavily as coaches about which Oxford college might be a good fit, and now strategies about results. This whole thing has been so much easier with them in our corner as a deep, smart resource who really know what they are talking about.

Great place to work as a tutor. Excellent training & onboarding, lots of regular work and fast response times. Very happy with my experience.

Abysmal service. I registered on their site. It took 2 days to get back to me with an email (why it took so long beats me as it seemed to be a automatically generated email with three simple generic follow up questions). Although I responded immediately to that email and followed up with a reminder, it’s now 8 days later and I still have not been offered a chat or been paired with a tutor. I tried to call the two numbers given on the internet but get the same answering machine for both telling me that I need to write to them by email(what’s the point of the phone number then?). How on earth elite tutors got so many excellent ratings is beyond me and I have to say this company does not seem to be reliable or trustworthy.

I can't recommend! We signed up for the IB Course and had to make a downpayment. When Covid19 just started they already said the course will be done online. At this point I informed them, that I would like to cancel the course since online is not the same as classroom teaching. They never replied. Then they cancelled the course totally and even requested we have to pay the full tuition fee!!!!!!!! Requested payment back for the down payment.. never got an answer neither got the money back. I know this are difficult times, not even replying..... NO WORD

I searched for some companies to support my son’s Oxbridge application and I found this one, amongst others. I particularly liked this one, as it had the same owner for the last 8 years. So, the owner took an interest in the pupils and his services and was not building a company to sell on at a profit. This fact was supported by the excellent courses ran by exceptional staff, the university trips with current students and in-depth coaching provided to my son with extremely qualified Graduates (Harvard, Cambridge & Oxford). For me, all my emails and requests were answered in a timely manner. It was money well spent and they never try and upsell, something important to me on a normal salary. They provide a service with is exceptional value for money.
