I’ve been buying Juice from them for a couple years now. They’ve been flawless, fast ship and great flavors.

Ordered juice and paid for 2 day delivery. My order has been sitting in Florida for 3 days and they won’t return my messages. The phone number disconnects when called. Horrific customer service.

These days buying vaping products is not an easy task and because of all the shipping issues that all e-juice companies are dealing with government taxes that are handed back to the customer it's becoming even more difficult to shop for your favorite e-juices online. I have been vaping for 12 years and I now buy only 1 vape juice. I use GENTLEMEN tobacco flavor where they add it with other flavors that make it hard to resist! I did research on the safety and quality of e-juice purchased from E-LIQUID DEPOT and read nothing but positive information about their e-juice. I was happy to read this because I won't buy any other flavor than the GENTLEMAN flavor. Yes, shipping is kinda slow, but the only person I have spoken with is always very kind and understands the issues and concerns and I believe her when she says that they're doing their best to continue to offer great tasting product for great price even with the government tax which I think is criminal to do to all online e-juice companies! We just have to accept it and pay the damn tax if we want to continue to enjoy quality at a great base price. 120 mgs is the regular size, and at a price between $11.99 and? Well that's what I have always paid so I believe that's what most, or all of the 120 mgs of e-juice costs. They also offer "SHORTFILLS"which are 100 mgs so with my flavor I can take 3mgs nicotine down to 1.5 or nicotine free. I personally only buy from 1 vendor and that's E-LIQUID DEPOT. I also heard that they're going to start using FedEx and that could mean faster delivery times. I always purchase the free shipping option of $100.00 because it helps me afford what I love to do, VAPE!!! I will never smoke another cigarette because of vaping and I can't see changing my favorite flavor OR online vendor anytime soon. Vape on!

The last two orders from these guys have contained stale juice. Like the other reviewers they declined my refund and called me a lier. Bad company with bad customer service. They aren't even cheap anymore with new state taxes. Save yourself some trouble and look elsewhere.

I am a stickler about customer service and ELiquid Depot has surpassed my expectations. I had a problem with a mod I ordered and sent them an email detailing the problem. They immediately answered me back, apologized for the problem, a remedied the situation promptly and with no hassle. I will definitely be using them again.

I ordered a VERY larger order due to the Australian import ban, however the ban was delayed last minute and Eliquid depot refunded me the total order due to this change at my request.

My husband decided to try ELiquid Depot about a year and a half ago when we moved away from his favorite Eshop.
We've been ordering from the ever since. Much better priced product and still great quality!
Just need to find the flavors you like. My husband enjoys Smurf, Summer, Gummy & Dewwy.

Horrendous customer service. They shipped to incorrect address, blamed me for it and then (out of nowhere) threatened to "blacklist" me if I did a chargeback on my CC (for not receiving items I ordered). Stay way. plenty of competition, no reason to deal with predators in an open market
