They texted regularly to give update on the oncoming pick up. My driver Alang was very nice and professional. He was there before we landed. He kept up with us ,sent information on where he was, where to meet. I will definitely book with them again. Thank you so much guys.

Originally our flight was cancelled, we kept in contact with Ramon and he always answered. We had to rebook but was allocated Ramon again, he was great, kept in contact and drove us 2 hours to our final destination. I would recommend him.

My wife and I booked a transfer from Cairo airport to the Sofitel El Gezirah through elifelimo. Booking was simple and reasonably priced online in advance. Our flight was delayed by an hour. Our driver, Ahmed Mohamed was waiting patiently and kept in contact via WhatsApp. The drive itself was straightforward. He was polite, spoke good English and drove safely. Highly recommend this company as we booked other transfers during this trip with them with no issues whatsoever.

I’d give a lower review if I could. I paid for a transfer in advance for 4 people. Our flight was delayed and cancelled. They would not reschedule booking and ignored messages. I would never use or recommend. This is the first and last time I’ve booked and paid for a transfer in advance, will never do this again.

My driver was very familiar with the airport pickup area. He texted me to let me know where to meet him, avoiding the crowded areas. He drove patiently and did not speed.

We were contacted 24 hours before to confirm booking. Driver ( Ramon) sent WhatsApp with all details and his car details making it easy to contact him. He messaged when arrived to pick up ( ahead of time) and dropped off at departure. All went very smoothly.

Drivers very prompt for picking us up at airport and motel. I had to change to an earlier flight back home and they accommodated us. Ramon was very kind and helpful . Great to work with and would definitely use them again.
