I'm waiting for almost 2 months for an ordered mobile phone from Elgros.
Although I wrote 6 emails with precise questions about the whereabouts of my prepaid phone I got only 2 replies suggesting to be patient - the mobile is currently in the shipping dept. I fear that they will never deliver anything and I need to put in action a lawyer to get my money back. DONT buy from this "company"!!

This company is rubbish. My worst ever online buying experience and I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from them. At first it seems that you are saving money and buying for less but you are not if you add up the call charges you have to bear because they charge you to even call them. I think this company takes the money and invest in something or earn interest from it for as long as possible until the customer looses patience and decides to go to court for his money then perhaps they deliver the product or may be not. You would have better experience dealing with fraudsters and robbers than this company because you would be very careful when doing so but in this case you assume that since this is a German company and you will be getting a top service so you trust them and pay in advance into their bank account loosing the protection you get from PayPal or Credit card companies. I want to say more about my experience with this company but I do not know how to do is without using abusive language.
By the way I ordered on 14th of May and still have not recieved the product.

I have ordered a camera. No answer after 5 emails i doubt if they take this serious.
Really need a reply as today is my wifes birthday!!!
