Michel was brilliant... responsive, clear in what were the possible outcomes and costs that could result from his diagnostic visit. He was prompt, phoned in advance to confirm arrival, was friendly and reassuring and best of all, sorted the issue in 45 minutes. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Excellent service! Michel fitted me in at very short notice and travelled from London to Brighton to replace the refrigeration unit in our corner fridge. The compressor in the replacement unit was noisier than advertised, so he ordered a second replacement and returned two days later to swap it out for no additional charge. Thank you again, Michel!

Michel had helped on a lighting problem while I was abroad and kindly left his card in case any issue would arise by the time I come home. Given the issue was repeating, he came back a second time in the evening to fix it despite a long day of working and commuting. He is very professional, nice to speak with and eager to help.
