Horrible.
I sent my amplifier to be fixed and it is covered under the 3 year warranty. The amp was sent out about 12 days ago, and when I called elettromedia I was told they sent it to their repair center, but have not recieved notification that the repair center had received it. I then asked for the repair centers contact information, none was provided. I tried calling elettromedia back and using a different department to get the number to the repair center, all calls were transfered to Youseff. Youseff is not helpful. In fact, none of their representatives are. Are you litereally telling me that there is one person in your building who has access to the contact number for the repair center? pathetic. I'll tell ya what elettromedia, your poor customer service has ensured I will never buy your products again. The only information I received was, "once the repair center receives your product it will be a minimum of 12 days until a product is sent back" . REALLY? my amp blows up in smoke and it takes your repair center 12 days to figure out what happened to it? give me a break, and not of that kit kat bar. Another guy I know of who had this same problem got his amplifier back 4 months after sending it in. I'd prefer a post card with a middle finger pointed at me versus waiting 4 months.
