Regarding your booking, we would like to gently clarify that the reservation was confirmed in accordance with our standard policies, which are clearly communicated through our website, email, and prior discussions. As per these terms, cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are not eligible for a refund, as the rooms remain exclusively reserved and blocked for the booking.
