Real scammers !!!!!

Ordered a fridge for €1927 from lommelen online never received it and they never refund the money !!

the website went offline after a month.

they lied that it’s taking time because they will order it from the manufacturer.

Went to the address the shop was completely empty as if they run away!!!

Pure scam this webshop. I've ordered already beginning of February with an advance payment of 1899€. Until now only got 750€ worth of goods delivered.

For the rest of the products they find a lot of lame excuses like delayed delivery, unavailability or they don't respond at all.

Now there website is offline so I'm afraid I've lost over 1000€ due to these people. They deserve a trail to face all the people they have stolen money from.

I've contacted NietBezorgd.nl to try to get my money back.

Orderd a sink for over 400 euros. Kept giving me a story about not delivering for over two months then said they would refund me in 14 days and not heard anything. Scam and fraud

Ordered an oven and no money, no response on my emails not possible to reach them with the phone call. You will just lose your money. Going to police station

COMPLETE SCAM!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I bought a stove that costed me 1800 EUR, they took - no joke - 3.5 months to deliver. I tried cancelling the order because I had to buy a new one and they said they would have to hold 25% of the payment if I cancelled. I let it arrive and ship it back, without not even opening the box. Post NL delivered and confirmed the arrival AND THEY NEVER REFUND ME THE MONEY BACK!!! Big time fraudsters!!!

I placed an order for a fridge on May 7, 2024. It’s now been 3 months and I have not received my fridge. They keep on saying that it has been ordered directly from the manufacturer and they are unable to say when it will be delivered to me. I want my money back but I don’t know even how to get it back.

This is a huge scam organization. They present competive price. They are easly reached on google and this mistake people.
The website is quite professional but the chat is fake The localization doesn't exist. They just keep your money and wait that you give up. Knowing that justice is expensive.
It'a shame.
The facebook page is an anedocte.

I ordered and haven’t received my order image from 8 may till date. I need a refund I strongly think this company is scamming it customers. My greatest mistake was not reading the reviews before ordering

I ordered a washing machine in December 2023. I found out that delivery was going to be delayed so I tried to cancel with no luck. Over many months and multiple emails - same story as everyone else- I was told it would be arriving soon and if I cancelled I would lose 25% of the purchase price. So I hung on. I had to buy another washing machine from another vendor. Communication was difficult and slow. Eventually I got fed up and after 6 months contacted the free legal service (ECC?). I have cancer so told the company that I was concerned I would not survive long enough for the delivery - and I wasn't really joking. Anyway, perhaps they finally felt guilty, or the ECC had some effect but out of the blue a washing machine was delivered. I now have 2 washing machines but at least I don't have to deal with this company any more. It took 6 months, dozens of emails, lots of wasted time - when I have a limited amount - and it's really disgraceful.

I am so sorry not to read the reviews before! Absolutely agree - this site is a SCAM!!!! Never use them. I ordered a fringe and received no information. After a complaint, I was told that I will be contacted in more than one month to receive an updated information. This is for a purchase of a fridge! Since then I try all possible ways to cancel my order and without any reply. Absolute SCAMMERS! Be careful and never order from this company!

That is a scam!
Two month has past, no product.
The only way to reach them on customer service is through mail and it takes them more than 2 days to reply.
Now they didn't reply me over a week after I asked my money, after this said that the delivery will postpone again in a month.

Two minth have past: no product, no money, no communication.
Stay away!

I ordered something in February it didnt day it wasn't in stock. It was sent beginning of may via DPD and still have not received. It is being sent to the address of Lommelen, not to my address (which is correct on the order). The customer service is helpless, I have already ready contacted them about 10 times and they have not resolved the problem

I order a kitchen exhaust fan and gas stove last Jan 20,2024 till now i didnt get my order,i email them many times.The first time they reply it say the item is out of stock and will be delivered after 8 weeks.I wait after 8 weeks nothing happen so i email them again they reply that it will be on week 14,week 14 come nothing happen i email again they said week 16,week 16 passed still nothing i mailed again and sais it will be on May 20,2024 that date passed still nothing. Its so frustating to trust this kind of company only stealing money to people its been 4 months i didnt get my order yet. If i only know this will happen i will not order from that company!
