Bought From Elegomall some time ago , my order was a complete mess , i had items missing and after trying to chase up were they were they wouldnt reply to any of my commuinications and still to this day havent sent what ive asked for .
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED , NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL !!!!!!

This company has been emailing me for the past year from different email addresses and ignoring my request to stop.

On top of this, they are now trying to instill fear into UK clients and offering masks and hand sanitisers for a MASSIVELY INCREASED PRICE.

These people are conmen and greedy, above that - they're a sub par e-cigarette wholesaler, they are massively expensive comparatively to even UK wholesalers and distros.

These people are the biggest spammers I have seen. Do they really believe this helps to make b2b customers and build a long-lasting business? Not in thinking countries. Collect your spam together and think about adding some value and sense.

Reply to the reply: you shouldn't remove only one email, you annoy businesses around the globe. You should remove all emails that haven't subscribed or gave you permission to spam them.

SPAM SPAM AND MORE SPAM!!! EVERYDAY! Every member of their 5000 staff that are probably underpaid continue to send spam and do not take no for an answer.. i have unsubcribed, contacted them direct, but still continue to send SPAM.

poor customers service. cant get answers from anyone. order still not shipped that i was told shipped dhl. then told ups. now its Friday night and still nothing

we had a multiple orders that were delayed without notification from elego and then had stock missing from our order and then being told they were out of stock again no notification from elego... then when we had customers vape kits not work was told we had to pay shipping to have it replaced when it's their product fault.... worst customer service without any resolution... do not purchase from this company there are better suppliers with better price ...

I ordered a pulse dual kit last Wednesday from elegomall in hongkong and it was on my doorstep in sidney British Columbia Canada teusday morning that's 4 business days from China!! Much thanks I will be using this site often!

I can not recommend this company enough! Ice is my agent and she has a sweet nature with the quick ability to get things done. I have a B&M Store with quick turnover, Ice is always sending me information and pics through WattsApp on new and up coming hardware. She is also almost always available, exactly what I need for a busy business!

If you are talk about employees going above and beyond their duties to make customers happy, Sandy certainly that. Sandy, even on a Saturday, will go the extra mile to provide me with tracking numbers and answer all my delivery enquiries in odd hours in China. I am willing to even invest more into this partnership knowing I have a capable Account Manager like Sandy ready to help us win. I am forever grateful for such an a selfless act. She deserves to be the employee of the year for such act of kindness.
