Don’t buy from this rubbish company. I ordered a large (42”) chest leather jacket and received a size so small I couldn’t fasten at the front. They are a Chinese company not UK and their returns policy requires you to post back to China at your expense, not the UK. Don’t buy anything from this rubbish company.

Eleganza leather boots
These boots are a rubber or foam type material covered in a thin layer of leather. Not cut from full leather as advertised. They are of poor quality. Also they don't tell customers they are made in China. Absolute rubbish.

2 months later and I’m still waiting…
2 months later and I’m still waiting for my boots. I’m being told they are on their way and ‘will be with you in a few days’ but the tracking number shows they haven’t even left china. I’ve asked 3 times for an update and get the same ‘delays but on their way’ response, I am now seeking a refund, not a trustworthy company.

Here goes Absolutely avoid at all costs ordered a sofa off these through the range and since august have been lied to and messed about been calling and emailing every 4 days since then they promise to collect sofa and refund then I’m ignored again then have to escalate again just going round in circles the sofa is not built properly spent 1300 on a sofa that unusable constantly fobbing me off and lieing would upload all emails and that on here but don’t know how to does anyone else.. I bought the sofa from eleganza off the range website when trying to contact and email eleganza was just constantly ignored and fobbed off can provide evidence

Ordered pair of boots . I have received two emails to say that they are on the way,3 weeks later still waiting.
In this day and age this is not acceptable. I am now raising complaint with PayPal and hopefully get my money back

Eleganza ordered of Facebook on 22/01 a UK company were informed getting shipped from China arrived 8/02 email regarding a wider fitting at beginning ,on arrival on 8/02 size as requested 44 no marking re a wider fitting. Tried them on I would never have picked in a shop because they are very tight narrow fit ,if known probably have went for a larger size and wide fit which didn't come , packed in pvc bag no shoe box with wrapping but stuffed in shoes ,very poor packing in case of scratches as they are leather

I ordered a gents coat on Jan 25th
I ordered a gents coat on Jan 25th, expecting the promised : ordered before 23.59u, receive the next day. Unfortunately I got a confirmation of my order on the same day, announcing that it could take up to 9 days before I would receive my coat. I was disappointed, understandably.
Yet, 9 days later, I still had not gotten my parcel. In the mean time, 16 days later, I am still waiting for the order and have not received a single word from the firm about the order.
Smell like FRAUD to me.....

It's been 23 days now since I ordered…
It's been 23 days now since I ordered some boots, still have not received them, I have emailed them ,at first they told me it was on its way and to be patient. Then they do not answer my emails I have asked for a refund but no reply from them. I have now asked for a refund via paypal who I used to pay them. This company is very bad. Use them at your peril.

Fast international delivery and service
Fast international delivery and good response from customer service. Only issue they didnt reach out about the small shipping address issue being wrong in their system (my fault) but they were quick to correct it and get me my item.

No idea what is going on with my order, bad customer service
I have no idea what is going on with my order.
I placed an order and received an email saying my order "is packed and shipped without a tracking number" 5 days ago. I asked customer service for tracking info and all they were saying was "you will get tracking info once it's picked up", and then there have been no replies to my email at all. And no one ever answers the phone. There is also nothing shown on my order's progress page.
I chose the DHL Express delivery Tuesday (which is today right now), paid 40 for this, and I'm sure DHL Express wouldn't have left a package 5 days without picking it up. I did not pay so much for this service and honestly I have never experienced such a bad shipping process.
