Paid a deposit on Christmas week for an item for my son - couple of personal matters came up that week between chemo and our car being stolen - no compassion or help would not return the deposit - I’d avoid and go to a reputable company glad I never went ahead with the full purchase and only down €100 !
Terrible experience, selling online items were not in stock. Customer service disaster. After payment has been made, you won’t be able to reach them on the phone or will receive reply to your emails. Stay away from ElectroDirect. Waste of time. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. PayPal involved for refund. Check other reviews online!!!
