Unfair business practice! Beyond reasonable.
1. The order delivered significantly later than promised
2. Actual laptop is “refurbished”, which was not mentioned anywhere! Neither on the web-site, nor on the invoice.
3. Calling this company is useless because a person on the line knows nothing. She start creating stories that “refurbished” means it “was long time on a shelf, but it is absolutely new laptop” and so on...
Indeed, they have a bit cheaper prices, but saving 50 Euros on a 800 Euros item in exchange for a lie and zero service does not look attractive to me.
Altogether – waste of time and makes no sense to do business with these guys. I don’t trust them...
