i ordered a tefal pressure cooker took payment for it then got email saying no longer available why still have it on website.

Looks good. Have not used it as it is a Christmas present for a friend. Service very good. Will keep you in my favourites for future

Good product, good price and good service

I have only used the dry blender and it was very good. It blended my spices really smooth.

If I could give 0 stars I would, nobody answering calls, no stock and took ages to get refund,

Disappointed ordered my iron on 21/10 my last one turned up in three days but this time I have heard nothing and tried phoning and the phone just goes dead. It would have been easier to buy local rather than not have an iron for 2 weeks so far how long will I have to wait.

Order not received and unable to contact via telephone numbers given.

perfect up to now just used the liquidiser so far

I returned a faulty toaster to this supplier last August as the item was no longer in stock and I was offered a refund. I had to jump through hoops to post the toaster in England to avoid exorbitant postage. I was told the refund would be made through PayPal . To date I have received nothing and pay pal have told me they are still waiting for the paperwork to be completed. I have emailed electric shopping more than once but have received no answer.
I could not recommend this site and I’m still owed €45.66

Have not recieved the stick blender i ordered?

This company took the payment for my order immediately but did not send the order. Some weeks later, prompted by a request to write a review, I contacted the company to query why I had not received the order. The reply was, that the item was no longer in stock, so therefore they would have to refund the payment. Again some time later I emailed to ask if the refund had been processed since I had not had any notification from PayPal that they had received one. There was no response until I asked PayPal to get involved. The response then was instantaneous. This would appear not to be an honourable company and I would not recommend patronising it.

The trouser press I ordered arrived by return as promised and there was an item missing which was not their fault, and they rectified this asap. Very helpful and would not hesitate to use this Company again. Good price and nice trouser press just as advertised.

The cutest little oil-filled radiator ever. I love it. Quick to heat up and takes the chill away.

Ordered a set of circulon pans. They arrived very quickly and we're well packaged. They were the best price I could find. Will definitely look at this company in the future when I need something.
