Most of the items were good but many of the balloons were broken and I couldn’t inflate them (the balloons were meant to spell two words) as well as the paper circles were ripped

Beautiful wooden trays and Eid decorations. The Eid Mubarak banner had a letter missing but the customer service was excellent and responded really quickly and positively.
