Great customer service and now sleeping throughtout the night, all cosy and warm.
We walked into the factory on a Sat afternoon and the staff member on duty was very patient and helpful, making our decision that much more easier.
They didn't have the size but it was ready for pick up/delivery 2 days later.

I popped onto the shop on the off chance that they would have what I wanted in stock. They didn't, but offered to make it that afternoon! But in the end they did have one out back that had just been made. Fantastic service. Love my new wool topper!!

called in at store mid day and received great service and advice from the staff. Needed an extra large quilt that they did not have made up. It was made immediately and in the courier post that afternoon and arrived 2 days later. Amazing, prompt, personal service .
Underlay and quilt are just perfect for our needs and excellent quality.

Very well-made product (feathers aren't spilling out of it like with the Farmers ones), finished beautifully, love the 4 seasons option with 2 joinable duvets which we also get to use separately. Customer service timely, helpful & very friendly. Wouldn't buy anywhere else & about to get a couple more for my parents.

Very happy with the duvet. Prompt service and great quality. I bought the autumn/spring duvet for the guest bedroom so it hasn’t yet been used, but looks very warm and well made.

the duvet is great. It is like sleeping under a cloud. Now I need to consider investing in a pillow.
