Worst customer service. I have been on a lot of dating online…
I have been on a lot of dating online services. Eharmony is the worst service in the dating industry. When I first signed up I chose the wrong service for the 1st hour I tried to call them to change the service but they are closed. When I emailed them they said after choosing service customer is binding in it without trial or change of mind but their policy is not transparent. Eharmony forced you to pay for 1 year which is very expensive like $70 per month and other plans but it only gives you one time discount then go back 2nd month original price. Most of accounts there are fakes and they try to take lots of your money just by giving you hope to know the right one by investing money in harmony. It is like scam and will not refund your money even after 1 hour you join it. It is the worse service and rip off service not even worth trying and too expensive.
After initially paying over $100…
After initially paying over $100 dollars I quit my subscription after a month. Just had a pay out over $325 after the gutless cowards sent me over to a collection agency. Always read the rules and fine print.
I have never dealt with this level of…horrible customer service
I have never dealt with this level of terrible customer service. First they get you with hidden 2 year contract, second they offer no other options. I asked to pay the subscription in full as a one time payment and they refused. Every single thing I asked to accommodate.
The dating pool on their site is not worth the money. No quality daters and no one engages in conversation.
It's a waste of money and it's a waste of time. Terrible customer service all around.
I signed up to the wrong subscription for eHarmony
I signed up for Eharmony, unaware I chose 6 months. I wanted 1 month. Within a day, I emailed Customer Service stating the error I made, and they won't do anything about it. They are binding me to 6 months. Even when I've offered to pay the full 1 month subscription. No Customer Service at all. No bending or consideration. I've hidden my profile now, not sure what to do. Never have I had this kind of experience before. It's unfortunate.
A wonderful, professional company!
Even though I am not a paid subscriber at this moment, eHarmony has been really good. They haven't given up on me! :) They've been very professional. I just wish there could be more "110" plus matches (there hasn't been any...) Also, I just wish they were a little cheaper and offered a MONTH TO MONTH subscription...
Its awesome and beautiful here
So awful
So awful! Misrepresented the contract details and wouldn’t refund me. Ended up paying £65 as a one off fee and monthly charge on top. Hardly any eligible people in comparison to other dating apps and comparability very questionable. Really not great.
eHarmony is a crooked company do not…
eHarmony is a crooked company do not ever join even if it's for free because they will get you in the end.

Complete scam
Complete scam, chases for money that you do not owe, refuses to cancel account and delete account. Avoid this sham company at all costs
I have only just registered so not met/…
I have only just registered so not met/ spoke to anyone. The actual signing up has been easy to follow an I am now looking forward to meeting people. My friend was on here a few years ago and she met the love of her life and in time moved in together, sadly she has now passed away, however they spent a few happy years together. So hopefully it will be the same for me.
Seems to have gone downhill
Seems to have gone downhill from what it was years ago, like those running the business can't be bothered anymore, very little activity on there, 95% of the accounts that do make contact with me turn out to be fake, OBVIOUS fakes. Waste of time and money, I get the impression of almost zero chance of meeting someone genuine, sincere, honest, on there; last time ever pay to use a dating site, sterile!
The profile matching is a good idea but fees are a scam
The profile matching is a good idea, overall less time wasters.
However, the free version is pointless. So you get pushed into an annual fee, which I soon decided to cancel with the 14 day cancellation. To then be charged £130 for a personality profile report I didn’t ask for… sneakily created by the compatibility quiz… but free for premium members, but as I was cancelling I would have to pay?! I’ve not even seen it! Fuming!
I just got started
Thanks
The fascinating opportunity to work on ones profile. Safety and protection
eHarmony is fun
eHarmony is fun. I check my visitors every night. I'm very busy and I don't have time to go to the club so I use eHarmony.
