I’ve worked with two different companies over the years for separate Amazon account health issues, and my experience with eGrowth Partners was by far the best.
Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They were quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and clearly cared about the outcome. It was evident that they truly understand how to navigate communication with Amazon for the most effective results.
The owner, Dan, went above and beyond to make part of my experience right — which spoke volumes about his integrity and how he runs his business. In a few words: morally sound business practices. Moving forward, I’ll be working exclusively with eGrowth Partners for any Amazon-related issues.
Let’s start with Cynthia Stine’s contract—one you’re forced to sign before service and when paying at least $2,500. This one requirement alone should be a glaring red flag that this company does not operate with integrity. What legitimate business demands customers sign such an agreement before providing any service? It’s nothing more than an intimidation tactic, not a legally binding safeguard for them.
If you’re reading these reviews after realizing you’ve been misled and have already handed over $2,500, don’t panic. This contract does not prevent you from filing a chargeback with your bank. It’s just a scare tactic designed to make you believe you have no options. In reality, contracts that unfairly limit consumer rights are often unenforceable in court. If you were deceived, you absolutely have the right to dispute the charge.
I strongly urge anyone seeking help to stay far away from this group. Cynthia Stine will say whatever it takes to get you to sign her contract and pay $2,500. From the very beginning, it was clear I had been misled. And when I tried to reach out to Cynthia about the issues, she was suddenly “unavailable” due to getting COVID—a convenient excuse to avoid taking responsibility.
There’s no doubt Cynthia or a member of her team will try to refute this review. But before believing their response, trust your instincts—ask yourself, when have you ever been asked to sign a contract like this? If you’ve already signed and regret it, call your bank immediately to start the charge back process. It may take a few months, but you can recover your money. Don’t let their intimidation stop you from taking action.
As expected Cynthia had to rebuff my review and it comes to no surprise that even in that she is dishonest--Cynthia you knew from the first phone call I had (and I guess that was the only)another consultant who had worked with me--you even suggested I try and get some of my money back from him which now I find very ironic--Also, I spoke to Amazon regarding this DNR thing and not one person after asking many knew what that was in reference to because--there is no DNR status (at least that Amazon knows of) and my account NEVER changed status as you claimed but enough of this it is a waste of my time--I only want to warn other people before they end up being scammed as I was

Why this team doesn't have 5+++++ stars I'll never know!! BEYOND, BEYOND amazing service in getting our Amazon account reinstated. Our team was dedicated and thorough from Day 1. They emailed us nearly daily to keep us in the loop, request additional information, and ask questions about things they found in our Amazon account. We hired them after firing our first reinstatement team with another company and the difference we saw between the two services was quite literally night and day. From our initial call with Cynthia to the appeal written, submitted and Amazon's approval took about 3 weeks (including the July 4th holiday in between). We took our time with one very detailed appeal, and it was approved by Amazon *hours* after submitting.
Our case was quite complicated but the team got in, dove deep, and was just so thorough as mentioned before. We are a 7-figure business so as you can imagine, this was a very stressful time for us. However, we felt so safe in the hands of our direct consultant Rowena + team. I really can't sing their praises high enough. Thank you for your work and dedication!! Will recommend you to everyone we know.
Last summer I paid to get an ASIN reinstated. After the evaluation I decided not to go through with the appeal. Then, this month I had another one that was more important. I was allowed to credit the appeal part of the fee to this ASIN and pay just for the evaluation phase, which was great. They probably didn't have to do that, but it was good customer service and certainly generated my good will.
The actual process went smoothly. It took three submissions to finally figure out what Amazon wanted to hear, but in a few days everything was better.

Disappointed by the service provided by the eGrowth Partners. This company tries to create image of high end professionals but quality of their work does not meet this standard.
They provided cliché POA, changed consultant that was working on my case without proper hand over of data that was gathered during the previous work. No actual solution was provided after several rejections of Amazon appeals, they could not identify issue of problem and suggest way forward.
Consultants Jon and Jasmine lacked any proper follow up, basically leaving my with the problem on my own. Would not recommend.
Honest, trustworthy, responsible. However, you still have to do your part to get your account restored. Definitely a great partner!
Egrowth Team is amazing! They worked closely with us to resolve our issue and never left us until the listing got reactivated. They were very supportive and communicated effectively with updates and suggestions. Highly recommended!
My listing was down for over 6 months and eGrowth Partners was able to get it reinstated in just a couple weeks. Highly recommend! I will work with them again (although hopefully I won't have to).

We have really felt ripped off. They new in advance what the seller's situation was, all the information that we had and anyway they told us that they had a solution, so we moved forward.At first everything seems very professional, they assign you an analyst but after 2 months they have only made one appeal, they say they have no response from Amazon or solution to the problem and that they are frustrated! More frustrated we are since we paid USD 2,500 to no avail. I am not saying that time and management are not worth money, but in this case there was nothing. Just one appeal that was one more like the one we have made without advice. They were recommended from the Jungle Scout blog, I understand that both are accomplices of bad service.
