Ordered 5 pieces to construct a sofa. good quality foam and very comfy to sleep and sit on. When ordering larger pieces, eFoam was very accommodating and stuck the smaller pieces together, it was very durable. Packaging and post quality was amazing and always arrived reasonably quick. Will be buying from again.

Recieved my new filled cushion today and I am absolutely delighted. It has completely revived my chair and is so comfortable and supportive.The process from ordering to delivery was excellent and the company was helpful and easy to communicate with. 4 days from start to recieving my item and really great price for quality work. Highly recommend. Thank you E Foam, finally I'm comfy again.

Easy to follow website regarding instructions for measurements and type of foam and coverage to order, appropriate to needs.
Settee cushions arrived 3 days from ordering. So exceptional service. And has made a tremendous difference to the comfort of our Tetrad settee, which was becoming very saggy.

There is NO other company to match eFoam for variation, price, and fast delivery. I have used them for a few years now and would no go anywhere else.

SCAM – AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
This company took my money and never delivered anything.
They completely ignore phone calls and emails.
Zero customer service, zero accountability.
This is either gross incompetence or outright fraud.
Do NOT give them your money!!!

I ordered the Reflex medium foam with a memory foam top. Very easy to order via the phone. Very nice, helpful staff. I spoke to Debbie who was very accommodating and put my order through.
The delivery was super fast ordered Monday and delivered on Wednesday.
The foam cushions I ordered are so comfy and has rejuvenated our sofa and eased back pain too.
Very impressed and would order from them again and highly recommend to anyone

I was unsure which foam to choose at first, but with Charlie’s guidance and support, I ended up selecting the perfect one.

From requesting the envelope to post my sofa cushion covers, to making contact and agreeing a price and to my new sofa cushions being delivered, what an absolutely fast, efficient amazing experience!!
My sofa is looking brand new, the foam fits the covers to exactly every inch, nook and cranny and it is the most comfortable. I am so please with my purchase and will be recommending to every Tom, Deek and Harry and anybody in between who’s willing to listen!!

I ordered three pieces of foam, to be cut to the same length. When supplied one piece was clearly too long.

I then had a whole series of emails with them, and they refused to do anything to solve the problem.

Foam seems OK. But the after sales service is shocking

Had a very tired leather sofa, it had become uncomfortable. Found efoam online. Easy instructions. Refreshingly easy to contact by phone or email.
Sent template, received goods very quickly and well packed.
Fitted and my wife thinks the sofa looks like new.

I put my order through, and then they called me up and said I had to pay an addition £7.50 for them to fulfil the order!

I know it's not much, but that's not how things work. The price is the price. I have had to cancel my order and I'll order elsewhere.

Our garden furniture cushions had got VERY flat, and it was like sitting on slats!
Found Efoam online.
We washed the cushion covers (much needed!) and Efoam arranged for them to be collected. They then 'phoned to check what firmness we wanted, and gave us a very reasonable quote.
Got the cushions back within days. Skilfully cut new padding filled the cushion covers perfectly. Excellent, friendly service. Looking forward to comfortable sitting in the garden again during this currently hot weather. It has been like having new cushions. Thanks so much.

After my initial review, eFoam replied to challenge my review, and we exchanged some emails to progress my order.

Communication leaves a lot to be desired; it may be that my order was in some way non-standard, so communication was required.

Once resolved, the order arrived quickly and was perfectly acceptable.

I ordered 3 large foam cushions for a project. I wanted cushions that were 5cm finished thickness with polyester wrap. The website clearly states that no allowance should be made for the polyester wrap, so I did not.
What I received were 7cm, so far too thick. On contacting the company their response was "Ah, but the underlying foam is 5cm thick". I replied that I wanted cushions that were 5 cm thick. Their reply was they will compress (which being foam of course they don't) I have tried them in a cover, but they look hopelessly overstuffed and stiff. When ordering on the internet you rely on the description and instructions to be accurate. The cushions were over £100 and despite an exchange of correspondence both by telephone and email they do not accept that their instructions are misleading and there was no offer of replacement or refund for something that was their fault.
I have now found an alternative supplier and got exactly what I want, so it can be done!
