I purchased a standing desk frame from Effydesk and added a separately purchased acacia countertop on it. It was quite a challenge to put together as a non-handy person, but once it was set up I was very happy with it. Effydesk really needs to improve their instructions both in-print and Youtube videos. I also purchased the dual-monitor arm from them. The arm arrived with broken plastic bits, but customer service was great and I received a replacement quickly. Again, the instruction manual was terrible, and not easy to understand but once I figured it out I am happy with the result.

Love how sold the desk is and mechanical frame seems very well made. Shipped very fast and packaged extremely well.

Re EfffyDesk Executive Sit/standing Table Frame:
As an older person, I have had the opportunity to experience and work in the office, construction, design, and fabricating environments over the years. As a recent retired Technology Teacher, I decided to design and build a new den, computer, and standup desk. A place I can read, relax, design, research, admin, media, and game. I decided on a floating shelf, book cases, computer from scratch, and the main structural feature, a standing desk.
I did a lot of research on who I was going to use, for the standup desk frame, and ended up with EffyDesk as part of this project because of their top specs, operation, warranty, customer service, and also that I was able to get a very competitive price during one of their sales. As I purchased on sale, but was not able to receive it right away, EffyDesk was able to delay the shipping till I was ready to receive it.
The table size was determined by what the EffyDesk frame could handle, the three monitors, and the room size, as the table was going to be the main feature of this den. I bought two Acacia butcher blocks to make a L shaped desk. I had used doweling to glue together and a lot of router work for under table, edge LED lighting, space for 4 table top stiffeners to prevent any future warping, and a railing system for flight stick mounts. I also customized with 3 cut-outs for multiple power sources and 8 cable access points. Although they do provide a nice centre cable tray, I opted for my own cable tracks at the back and sides – two different sizes to keep cables clean and organized, as I have a lot of cables for power and control routing under the desk.
I have been using the table for over half a year now and I can tell you it is a great standing table system. It is simple to use with its controls, very strong with the three motors, dependable, and instructions were easy to follow when putting together, very easy do and follow. One thing I did differently than the instructions to make it even easier to put together, once I had it all put together upside down on my custom table with everything tightened down and screws into table, I just flipped the frame without the table top attached (unscrewed the table from the frame first), then I flipped the table top, as both were heavy individually, but a lot lighter than trying to flip both the table and frame at the same time. This way I was able to do it with a couple of light hands from my wife, rather than having to bother one of my strong neighbors.
Every day use, I normally use two positions at sitting and standing, although I will be adding a third in the 4-memory button controller for gaming with my flight sticks once I get them installed. The motors are really good as they take 10 seconds to change from sit to stand or vice versa and are relatively quiet as my wife barely hears it when in the next room. The materials and fasteners are of excellent quality, while the frame is heavy duty. I also purchased the cam wheels with locks that they also sell for easy moving and locking the table into position. Frame finish is a durable paint which I have not seen any chipping or issues. The motors have a slight ramp up in speed as it starts to move from one position to another, so no sudden jerking and manually “inching” it is also a smooth movement. There are absolutely no issues with rocking or shaking, as it feels as solid and stiff as a solid wooden legged table in both the sitting or standing position. In-fact giving the table a good bump only slightly transfers it to the monitors a little, which all three are supported by a Triple Monitor Stand.
All-in-all, a solid buy. It is not the cheapest, but for the money you spend you get a quality solid sit/stand table system that all together is amazing value for what you should be considering for a solid standing desk solution.

The customer service is excellent. Quick response, friendly and professional. The desk is functional and well-made. There are a lot of lesser expensive products available, but this one is worth the investment. Highly recommend.

You won't get a full refund and you'll have to pay for return shipping. The quality is bad and everything is a lie about their website.

Their desk is solid and heavy duty, way better than the ikea one I had previously - I actually look forward to working now lol. Shoutout to customer service team as well for fixing my order mix up on the same day.

Desk appearance is good. Quality of electronics is poor. Wireless phone charger doesn’t work. Charging cell phone via plugging into the usb charging port causes desk to oscillate up and down. Desk failed and manufacturer refuses to replace or refund. Wouldn’t recommend this company

Best quality and reliable service

The adjustable Effy Desk is high quality for a very reasonable price. Wish I would have bought one years ago! Being able to alternate standing and sitting with the push of a button is great for some with back or neck pain.

I bought an effydesk desk and chair and everything arrived quickly and was somewhat easy to assemble. Some instructions were vague or hard to follow but I figured it out, and the small holes to screw in the controller were on the wrong/back side of the table top, but I managed to fix that by gluing the controller with mounting tape instead of making my own holes.

C'est le second bureau ajustable que j'achète de cette compagnie. J'ai choisi cette fois le modèle pour affaires qui permet d'abaisser la surface de travail jusqu'à une hauteur de 24 pouces. J'ai commandé le 25 septembre et le bureau a été livré le 5 octobre. Le produit est d'excellente qualité. La surface de travail est très bien finie, les pattes ajustables sont très solides. Le bureau est facile à monter avec les vidéos en ligne très bien illustrées et les trous prépercés. Je recommande leurs bureaux ajustables sans hésitation. Et en plus, j’encourage une compagnie canadienne!

This is the second adjustable desk I've bought from this company. This time I chose the business model, which lowers the tabletop to a height of 24 inches. I ordered on September 25 and the desk was delivered on October 5. The product is of excellent quality. The tabletop is very well finished, and the adjustable legs are very sturdy. The desk is easy to assemble with the online videos and pre-drilled holes. I recommend their adjustable desks without hesitation. And what's more, I’m supporting a Canadian company!

In 2021, our office was moving to a new location and we wanted to have the best sit to stand desks. EFFYDESK has not disappointed in both their service and the quality of the desks and chairs. So much so that almost 2 years later we have ordered more L-Shaped desks since we are growing). The delivery and the set up of the desks were done so quickly....my head is still spinning by how fast everything happened. Oh I almost forgot....loved it so much I ordered a smaller version for my apartment.

The purchase was easy and arrived on time and any time I have a question about my desk the team at Effy respond quickly with knowledge and with a friendly and professional approach.
I did have a warranty issue with my desk and the team was so helpful in troubleshooting and getting my desk back up and working in no time.

I would highly recommend an Effy Desk. I looked around before purchasing and I know you might find a sit stand desk that is priced for less but I wanted a Canadian made product with great reviews and this is exactly what I got with Effy. And they also had a better selection of desk tops where you are customizing your desk for what is best for you.

Bought a desk back in January and it was easy to order. Customer service was great. I had a few questions and was all answered fairly quickly.
Easy assembly on the desk. Works and looks great.

The company sent me two desk (tops) and one frame. I ordered a desk, a desk riser and extended warranty. Contacting customer service was very frustrating as they work on PST and have no weekend hours. The first representative I spoke to seemed like she was in a hurry to get me off the phone without resolution. The process of sending the second desk top back was okay; getting what I actually ordered (riser) was a bit of a challenge. There was some back and forth (phone, e-mail and virtual chat) and to date, I haven't received my riser (three weeks after initial order). UPS estimated date was 3/18, on 3/18 I called UPS and the desk isn't scheduled to arrived until 3/20 or 3/21. Effy could've expedited the shipping based on the error they made to accomodate me. The desk is beautiful, solid and works as intended. The wireless charger makes the phone so hot it needs to cool down before I hold it.
