Absolute joke of a company we booked and paid for a 4 person trekking hut at Urban gardens Ypres and these clowns booked us a 2 man tent and pocketed the difference in cost. We've now cycled 80km to not have enough beds and no other availability on site.

We are sorry to read this review, but we cannot match your name to a booking in our system.
We have checked the bookings around this period and can find a reservation that may correspond with your stay. This reservation was made and confirmed for a 4-person trekking cabin, not a 2-person tent. According to the information available to us, the guests also stayed in the booked cabin.
Unfortunately, we did not receive any message or report during the stay indicating that the wrong accommodation had been provided or that there were not enough beds. Had we been contacted at the time, we could have immediately investigated the situation and worked with the campsite to find a solution.
We therefore do not recognise the claim that EEZZ deliberately booked a cheaper accommodation and kept the difference in price.
