Repeated payment errors, wrong beneficiary details, and delayed responses
I’ve worked on multiple campaigns through EezyCollab with different brand contacts, including Yuri and Azure. While the work itself was completed as agreed, the payment process has been consistently problematic.
In more than one case, I was informed that payment had been completed. However, after waiting several days with no funds received, I requested payment confirmation. The proof shared in at least one instance clearly showed beneficiary details that did not belong to me, including a different individual’s name and a bank account in another country.
This indicates serious issues with beneficiary management and payment verification. A “payment sent” confirmation should never be shared without ensuring the funds were actually sent to the correct creator.
Communication has also been slow and inconsistent, with long gaps between replies, even when payment discrepancies were clearly identified. With weekends and holidays involved, this creates unnecessary stress and uncertainty for creators who depend on timely payouts.
Having similar issues occur across different contacts suggests this is not an isolated mistake, but a broader process problem. Creators should be extremely careful and verify beneficiary details themselves rather than relying on confirmations.
I hope EezyCollab and associated brands improve their internal payment checks, response times, and accountability after work is delivered.
