Everything went good with my order. Got a new shifter jalousie for my '99 Saab 9-3. Price seemed a little high, but when I got it I was happy because it seems to be thicker and better made than the old one. Shipping was okay, packaged well. No problems.

Wrong part was sent for a 2002 Mercedes Benz ML 320 my vehicle water pump is without engine oil cooler and I got a pump with engine oil cooler with crappy return service and restock fees and you have to contact customer service by email and all the hustle FCP Euro got a better return service no need to contact anyone just create return slip your done

If we shipped you the wrong version of the water pump, that is our error. In these cases, we waive all restocking fees and cover return shipping entirely so you don't lose any money. We only ask for a quick photo to verify the warehouse mistake and immediately issue your prepaid label. Comparing your order with the specifications you provided, we shipped the same part as purchased and it matches the description (with engine oil cooler) you marked as a reason why you couldn't install the part on your vehicle. We will send you the link for the water pump without engine oil cooler, as your car is equipped with it.
