Rip off garage Eds Garage Apsley

Rip off garage, one star is one star to many, disgraceful , should be looked into the way they are conning customers, called for a quote for a new clutch which I accepted, day of the clutch fitting the woman from the office called to say the clutch part they had ordered did not fit the vehicle and that they would have to order a different clutch at a further expense of almost another £200 .Oh which they incidently dropped in price slightly once they realised I wasn't going to be took in by them,,they then went onto inform me that they had already took the clutch out, obviously I clearly wasn't happy as they should have firstly called me to see if i agreed to a higher cost , I told them I wasn't happy and that I shouldn't have to pay further money, the woman was extremely rude and proceeded to tell me if I didn't pay extra for the other part i would have to get it took out from there garage today which clearly I couldn't as they had removed the clutch and that I would also need to pay Labour costs for the fact they had took the clutch out along with storage fees if it wasn't removed today , con artists , I then had to pay for a recovery vehicle to move the vehicle as they had removed the clutch and gear box and the so called labour costs for something they shouldn't have done if they had the incorrect part, this has to be the worse garage I have ever dealt with ,beyond belief I am going to take this matter further as the way they 're trading and conning people needs to be addressed and looked into , word of warning stay way from this disgraceful outfit ,in a sentence they take your vehicle, quote you and then raise the price and leave your vehicle undriveable so you either have to accept the higher price or arrange a revovery for your vehicle, either way they hold your vehicle to ransom demanding labour fees for them dismantling your vehicle !!!!ripping off customers shameful
Eds garage Apsley Hemel stay well clear
