Dats is a racist organization that enjoys being ridicoulous with disabled people

This is a service provided by the city of Edmonton and is highly racist against disabled senior citizens. I went grocery shopping and brought an empty 18 L water refill. When it was time to pick me up, they refused to drive me home even though I was the only person being driven. They said the 18 L water bottle was too big and left me stranded outside the store. I explained that I am physically disabled and cannot walk home. These people probably violated provincial and federal laws protecting people like me
