I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Edith Beauty Store. I placed an order and paid for a product, but they refused to send it without any valid explanation. Their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, providing no solution or refund.
This is unacceptable behavior from an online store. If you can’t fulfill orders, you shouldn’t be taking people’s money. I would strongly advise against shopping here—there are much more reliable beauty stores out there.
