Just go somewhere else that isn't a scam.
I purchased the Spectral® Case for my iPhone17 pro.
It's just a joke what they sent - a plastic low grade case.
No replies from "support" - they just don't even bother. I wish I'd looked on TrustPilot before purchasing.
You live and learn.

Be careful what you buy - Purchased an iPhone 17 cover, and the photo all over the website clearly shows 3 camera holes (indicating iPhone 17 Pro case) - turns out it was for the non-pro which wasn't listed anywhere, and the third camera hole was fake.

I was willing to return, pay the difference and the shipping, and they completely ghosted me

Complete SCAM! I ordered an iPhone 13 case for 24,90€ on June 12th 2024. After almost three weeks the status was updated to "delivered" on July 4th 2024. When I checked the details, it says that the package was delivered at 3:24am!!! You get a tracking number, but it doesn't even say what provider (UPS, DHL...) they're using. I now have sent 3 e-mails claiming my money back without any reaction. I wish I would have reviewed this scamming company before!

Complete scam, don't order and save money and time, please.

I cannot say anything about the quality of the products because I have never received my purchase! It is a scam, they sent me a fake Italian post service tracking number, once contacted they refused to send me another one. Just wrote back that the parcel was on its way. After two months I contacted them again and they said that my product was delivered already in my mail box the month before! They provided me this time with another tracking number (French post this time).. and then they gosthed me! I have started a procedure with my bank to try to get a refund but please do not order anything for from them!

Shameful service. A month and a half to receive a case. And claimed several emails and their answers and empathy leave a lot to be desired. I don't recommend this product to anyone at all.

The product that arrived it’s not what I expected, Contacted the customer service and they say it’s what I ordered. In addition the quality is poor

I ordered a Hook Hook™ MagSafe draadloze oplader - Black from the French EDGE accessories website to find out that the device was shipped from China and took almost 2 weeks to arrive.
On arrival, the device doesn't hold iPhone 15 Pro Max (it colapses) and it cannot charge simultaneously iPhone and Apple watch (watch keeps beeping as it goes on and off charge frequently).

Ordered an iPhone 15 pro max cover with MagSafe. But the MagSafe ring is just a metal ring, nog strong enough for holding you’re phone. Can’t even hold te weight from my phone. Just a crappie phone case.

Bad quality , after 2 weeks the paint is coming of . No garanty of refund

Had to wait for over 25 days. Phonecase is in bad shape and already starting to break after 5 days.

Frauds, they send the wrong phonecase and refuse to send the correct one or give me back my money..

It is a scam. I ordered iPhone 11 case, it took a month to get the package, and they sent me the wrong case, for the wrong phone. They don’t answer emails, no contact. It is a scam, don’t fall for it
