Stole My Money !!

They took the money and didn't order the item and when I cancelled the order, they promised to refund but never did.. Now I hear the owner is on the run from the police for illegal trade in currency..

Doesn't deliver as promised

This company is a scam. I ordered an item on the 12th of April and paid in full. It's now June 27 and I still have not received my item. What's more is that to get a refund I'd have to go all the way to their office as I paid in cash. They were quick enough to send a runner out to take my money, but want to make it hard for me to get a refund.
Think it will be quicker and cheaper to actually fly to the UK and buy the item myself.

MISERABLE SERVICE

I placed an order on the 29th of May and I paid the whole amount after it got reviewed by them and they confirmed the whole amount with no hidden fees after that.

They did not purchase the item for 12 days however it was supposed to be purchased 2 days after I paid.
I then received an email from their side telling me that the item price got higher (however it was the same on the seller's website) so I have to pay extra money! What the hell!

I contacted them and they kept arguing then finally they told me that they are going to review it again as there was an error! LOL

12 days passed without purchasing the item I PAID FOR however it should have been delivered in that time.

They also have personalized exchange rates so they charge you more than the actual prices.

Hence, I canceled the order.

The worst service I have ever seen

They are cheaters and thieves. They asked me to buy in EGP with a very high conversion rate, and I did. Then, they requested the money from the bank in USD, and I have to pay an extra 5% commission to the bank. I placed the order and waited for 5 days to purchase. I contacted them many times to place my order shortly in order to catch an offer deadline but with no progress. Finally, the offer passed and I got in trouble getting my money back.

Worst experience in my life when i…

Worst experience in my life when i listened to the hype and ordered from them during "black friday offers"!! first of their offers are big fat scam as they take all the discount during weighing the items.. not only that.. they cheat in weights!! they order wrong items (in my case was different color) and refuse to return it..and the cherry on the top they don't offer paying in usd via credit cards however they withdrew 3% on each order mark up fees.. during all this bad situations their customer service were rude , not helpful , delivering false information to mislead me along the way( when i complained about the wrong color;one of their customer service told me to wait 2 days and she'll call me back and she didn't i called and another one told me i shouldn't have waited and and shoulda bring it the same or next day)..I don't recommend this company to anyone!!!

I am not recommend Edfa3ly.com service

Although I recommend their service after being a customer for a year but after changes in export and import laws in Egypt they become a victim for these bad system and their operations become slow and finally closed.

Worst frieght forwarder company

Worst frieght forwarder company, Horrible customer services, no respect to their customers by any means, slowest carrier I ever used.
They have their own rules like anything related to music is considered prohibited, and guess what no one knows about their rules except them, not a single info about their goofy rules on the website. They cancel items from your order without even saying by a simple email.

Edfa3ly is an absolutely horrendous company that does not respect you

Edfa3ly is an absolutely horrendous, sloth-like slow, disgustingly careless company. It is the perfect example of a company that doesn’t give the least bit of care about its clients. This shows in almost every aspect

Things to note before you purchase your item using Edfa3ly:
- Edfa3ly easily takes well over 1.5 months.
- No one cares about you. If they lost you altogether they couldn’t care less. You will be treated accordingly.
- Prepare to deal with the worst customer care team in the world. From ignoring most of your messages to just outright lying to you about what they will do to help you, their team won’t fail to surprise you.
- Any company whose employers hide behind its employees is outright telling you that they’re a bunch of scared cowards who consider servicing you a headache that should be left to helpless employees.
- You WILL be ignored
- You will eventually, in some distant day, get your item, so if that works for you then go ahead.

They will steal/scam your money and run you dry from every chance they get other than their 15% base fee. For example:
- They have a much more expensive currency exchange rate
- They will not refund the difference if the customs price turned out to be less than what you paid
- They will try as much as possible to add domestic shipping price to your order that they obviously did not pay for ( for example amazon requires a minimum of $25 of qualified items in order for it to send your item out for free delivery in the USA. You can have one item for $20 and you’ll find edfa3ly added domestic shipping even though they obviously have a hundred other customer’s orders from amazon that well passes that limit and they won’t be paying any shipping. This is despicable from them. An even worse fact: often times if you have multiple amazon items in your bag that collectively surpass the $25 limit, they will purchase them separately in order to justify adding a shipping price on each of your items)

One last terrible thing about this pathetic excuse of a company: lack of transparency. A LOT of things are shady about them. They do not order all of your items in your cart at once for example. Often times there will be a couple days difference. They do not send out items from their USA warehouse as soon as they get them. They leave it with them there for so long. And I mean so frewaking long. They also haphazardly ship things from there. Regardless of weight, size, or category of the item. Purely haphazardly.

In short: If you want to be respected and have a pleasant experience, steer clear from this company.
