I recently purchased a diffuser and an essential oil from Edens Gardens. At checkout, the discount code they had provided to me was not applied, even though I expected it to be honored based on their communication. At check out it was deducted but after shipping said products were full price.
I also ordered two additional bottles of oil, and in my opinion, both products seemed off and possibly rancid based on the smell and appearance. Because of this, I did not feel comfortable using them.
Overall, I personally felt mislead by the pricing/discount process and very dissatisfied with the quality of their oils, I received. I will not be ordering from Eden Gardens again and would recommend that others double-check any discounts and review their products carefully upon arrival.

I placed an order on November 17 and it is still in transit to the next destination on December 4. I spent quite a bit and when I contacted them they said they couldn’t do anything about it once they put it in the mail. Very disappointed because I love their oils.

Eden's gardent said that they delivered. They did not, and the Post Office notifications I get on my phone never recorded the delivery. I am out $80 and the company will not make it right. Customer service just keep telling me to wait a few more days....ie "go away." Ordering from another vendor in future.

Their products are of the highest quality. 

I purchased a couple bottles of essential oils (Frankincense and Myrrh) at the end of October 2024. I went to use them the other day (June 2025), and they had evaporated. They were just under half full last time I used them. The lids were on tight and they were stored in my cupboard. There was no reason this should have happened. My roll-on (Frankincense & Myrrh mix) is still going strong and does seem to help with bruising and small wounds.

The perfumes were great and amazing to use, I suppose... Although I recommend the Eva Tsunaka perfume bottle and Wolfgang Akire perfume bottle but one question though.. why do I smell something rotting in it?

Their perfumes smell so horribly strong and nothing at all like described! They actually made me feel ill and I had to wash it off using mouthwash because soap and water didn't remove the stench. And they removed my negative review on their website. Totally shady! Explains why they only have 5 star reviews.

I have ordered essential oils from edens garden with no previous problems. UNTIL, I ordered in December 2024.
I had ordered Tobacco in the past from this company, but what I received this time looked like used motor oil, very thick. I had to remove the plastic ripple to see if there was any oil in the bottle.
I contacted the company and was told that some oils become thick. Then I took a picture of the thick substance and sent that to them.
I was then told I would have to send the bottle back and if I had used any they would pro rate the amount as a return.
First, when I removed the plastic nipple only half the bottle was there, not counting what I poured into a dish to show them how thick it was. So, useless to send the bottle back.
I am very disappointed in the company response, the last message said they would not refund anything.
Buyer beware and if you were not familiar with essential oils you might think product I received was a normal oil.
Very disappointed in this company.

I've ordered many gems from this wonderful company, and am continually grateful for the beautiful and fresh essential oils, their potency and lovely scents, the quick manner in which Edens Garden ships them, and the stellar customer service with which EG stands behind their products. They are my go-to and I trust their goods and service.

I just placed my 5th order since April and absolutely love the oils I have received! So thankful that they also offer free shipping as well. Everything has arrived in a timely manner and their customer service has been wonderful answering any questions that I have had. Thank you, Edens Garden!

the oils are nice , no difference than most other companies . the shipping although it is free shipping it takes a month to get your order. do not offer free shipping if you plan to send it the slowest method possible. it really makes the customer not want to order if it was sent the slowest shipping possible. one month from order to delivery is unacceptable

Absolutely fantastic experience with Eden’s Garden! I made two orders on the same day and paid two shipping charges. When I noticed they were sending the two orders in one I contacted them and they immediately refunded the shipping charge OF MY CHOICE! Most companies (like TSC or Plant Therapy {as it’s happened before with PT!} for example) would never do that! What’s more is when I contacted them for a completely different reason I was given a call back promptly. Great customer service and absolutely amazing essential oils! Eden’s Garden is now my ‘go to’ for all my essential oil needs!

Edens Garden provides essential oils, absolutes, and carrier oils. They provide GC/MS reports with their products. Some are posted on the ingredient listing but if not, they will email it to you. Most of those reports appear to be conducted by Dr. Robert S. Pappas, a reputable analyst. (You can confirm this by looking at the GC/MS links provided on some of their product listings.) Pricing appears to be on par with industry standards.

[In full disclosure, you may see the following word-for-word paragraph for other aroma companies I have reviewed. It is true for Edens Garden or any other aroma-based business you may chose to work with. I have been burned by a fraudulent business and the following is my advise, based on personal experience.]

I am a cosmetic formulator working towards opening my own personal care business in US. Trust is a hard thing to earn in an industry known for adulteration and synthetic dupes. The only way to know, for sure, that what you buy is authentic is to send a 2 ml sample off to a lab like Essentials Validation Services or Phytochemia. Companies can send legitimate products for GC/MS testing or Organic Certification and switch products. It happens more than any of us care to admit. You just don't know unless you have it analyzed and small brands simply can't afford to do that. My observation skills are clearly no substitute for independent testing but nothing from these samples have triggered a concern. That's the most honest and direct answer I can provide for those of you looking for a company to trust.

Such a relief to know that you can return an item that doesn’t react well with your skin. Just wish their site had more info on origins of their carrier oils (which are a generous size in glass bottles). Overall impressed with good customer service, would take another chance.
