Worse experience ever.Scammers ?!

First ,they show false delivery dates , so if you are in hurry well ...,after getting your money ,they are not.
Second .in my case they sent a diffrent product then what i ordered so if i want a pair of glasses fast the timeline with them will be 7 days after ordering plus 10 days waiting for the money plus another 7 days to deliver the right product and plus ...,and this is where it gets worse ;they do not answer to mail , or complains (i opened 2 and i still dont have a reply) So i dont know how many days will it take in order to get return since they do not reply to mails.i donf k ow how many days will it take to receive back the wrong order that they messed in the first place .so its not enough that they dont replace the order in one go they also make it incredible hard to get your money back.Worse experience ever!

10.02.2026 After this review i got an email with instruction for the replacement of the bad order.Good luck trying to generate the ticket for the parcel return (i dint manage to pass re -captcha),luckily i asked and receive the ticket by mail yesterday .Today 11.02.2026 I've been called directly from Hamburg by a guy who talked a very broken english and a bad tobe ,but I managed to understand that he was blackmailing me .he was asking me to delete , not edit this message and if i did he is willing to send the replacement order earlier .I said that if he is willing to do the right thing i will edit and explain ,but NO he only wanted me to delete the review FIRST , and only then he will facilitate the faster shipping . As you can see i didnt agree to this.
And to answer my question from title i belive yes .Looking at how they operate really feels like it is.
Keep in mind that the initial awb from the ticket is for dhl ,but on the ticket it says National post , and the guy that called me told to go to UPS, but we dont have UPS.i called national post and they dont know about this order .So I still have the bad order ,and there is no telling when or if it will ever be replaced.
I will update the changes.

After 20 emails at least and today I finally got what I ordered. According to this company efforts was made the have my order faster ,and I believe them but I wouldn't want to find out what normal delivery times are if this is fast.My order os placed on 02.02.206 and I'm pretty sure that if not for this review, things would have been totally different.

The information you have provided in this reply is it conflict to say the least with the mails you are sending and information on the website. I dont have anything personal with this company but suggesting that I have problem for not understanding things is not professional.This is the information from you ", Thank you for your email. I’m sorry you received the wrong Carrera model—that has to be frustrating. Here’s how we can get this sorted out: you'll need to return the incorrect glasses (Carrera xxx1) using a return label from our customer support. Once we receive and process your return (which can take up to 10 days), we’ll refund your original payment, and you can place a new order for the Carrera xxxx "
So what's the truth, your reply or this "email" .the same answer is on your website

I am very pleased with my experience!

I ordered a pair of glasses without lenses, but unfortunately they didn’t suit my face, so I decided to return them. The return process was extremely smooth: a return form was included in the box, I contacted UPS as instructed, arranged the pickup, and received notifications when the parcel arrived in Hamburg (where the parent company is based). Shortly after, I was informed that my return had been processed, and within just four working days I received my refund.

Excellent service — I truly recommend this company and encourage other customers to shop here with confidence!

Best Shop Ever

Highly recommend

This was my first time with edel-optics and was a bit unsure overall but everything went smooth and the sunglasses are just gorgeous. For sure this is the beginning of a long relationship I'll have with edel-optics

My order arrived when I was told it would, shipping was free, and the frames are exactly as shown on the website. It was a very pleasant experience, even though it was my first order, I will definitely order again.
