Don't pick this s**t, it is the same Norma Connect ,the operators are rude, no respect at all. I'm a foreigner and I'm temporarily in Germany, I'm being asked for documents for a prepaid card even though I've been verified. The eSIM that I paid for did not arrive, they say there are problems with Postident.
Yeah, the negligence of their product and customers reaches up to a crime.
I would be deeply ashamed to be associated with this brand.
I am deeply disappointed by the level of customer service provided by EDEKA Smart. The experience I had with their customer service representative was nothing short of appalling. The lady I spoke with on the phone repeatedly insulted me, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. I firmly believe that her behavior crossed the line, and I am considering taking legal action if my official complaint remains unanswered in the coming days.
Furthermore, I find it incomprehensible that EDEKA Smart has a policy prohibiting their customer service representatives from speaking English. This policy reflects a lack of understanding and empathy towards customers who may not be fluent in the German language. It raises questions about the company's commitment to inclusivity and customer satisfaction. Is EDEKA Smart willing to compromise customer service quality to the point of restricting communication based on language? Such a policy appears to be counterproductive and may hinder the company's growth and reputation.
In my opinion, EDEKA Smart should reconsider its policy and strive to provide multilingual customer support, including the option of communicating in English. This would enable a wider range of customers to access the assistance they need and ensure a more positive and inclusive experience for all.
I am sharing my honest feedback on this public platform in the hope that EDEKA Smart will take these concerns seriously and address the issues raised. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of their nationality or language proficiency.
It is my sincere hope that EDEKA Smart will rectify these shortcomings and improve its customer service practices, ensuring that no customer has to endure the kind of disrespectful treatment I experienced.
Never buy a edeka sim card!!!! They don't work and they don't give refunds, buy a Vodafone card
