Bought more than 5 of their devices of the years for friends and family and everyone are very happy with the result, but when we had issues with ours (my mistaken installation) they were quick to respond and helped with personalised tips, guidance etc. Never trying to sell - just focused on resolving the problem I had created myself. The exact opposite of the usual bot based customer service teams pushed by the likes of Virgin Media.
